Oversea sales aren't counted because they don't help mapping the japanese market, as they aren't made by japanese people. It's like Billboard giving Rihanna a good ranking because her song sold well in France, even if the song flopped on the USA. Venue sales aren't fully counted because labels were inflating those...

They don't care, if they care Ami Suzuki's debut single would have sold 100,000 and not 99,999 :P And evolution would have made it to the million too...

And you know the japanese are not very good at moving masses

^avex and ayu are getting cash for our support, don't forget it. And they track our copies too. It's just that they don't report it to oricon.
