Yep, I thought about e-mailing, but it seems that you need to log in and show your updated ticket with seat number shortly before the show. No screenshots.

Thank god I managed to get ticket. only tier 3 is available.
Why did they asked to put password as birthdate when the correct one is the TA password?

Which tells me that you get an email for the code. Which a reseller can still do. They can still resell the ticket. You basically just forward all the information

Maybe they'll check the link on your phone? If it's the actual page or e-mail or something else?

It seems they don't send it. You log in to the site, check the application status confirmation page and click on [Display electronic ticket].

I've been a TeamAyu member since 2014.Did anyone else run into this on their overseas site? I put in the information correctly for certain so why did this happen to both myself and my friends when we never had issue with the lottery system previously?! I'm in tears
