Avex has their own streaming site with mu-mo and used plenty of other options till now as well.
It's just that they made that deal with Hulu probably, why they put it up there this time.
The deal includes past concerts of a majority of avex artists being up for streaming there. So i just seems to be a part of a major deal.

It really is quite odd. Today is the “official” release date and still no shipment. I’d rather they just give it to me without the nameplate at this point.

Seems every track from the 3CD+DVD edition has been added to YouTube along with the new single as well. I've already downloaded the single and the new BEST 2000-2020 Versions of Cutie Honey, hands, WOML, D.D.D & LIT and been listening to them almost nonstop, especially 100 no Kodoku Tachi e.
