oh so your copy of Trinka Trinka's taiwan press & it's CD + DVD since avex Taiwan didn't do it for the CD only

Mine's Japan press & I got the CD only locally from HMV . I didn't want to get the CD + DVD be it for Japan or Taiwan press cos I can download the Rain PV off the net

Also another incentive for me to get the CD only's because of the photobook which's 1st press

I haven't heard all the tracks of the new single, only Sailing free.. Oh my.. What a disappointing song. It's reminding me of Stars Shining out (Correct me if the song has another name, it's long time ago I listened much to OLIVIA), but her voice is really, REALLY annoying to me. And the PV.. Uff. I'd only hear a bit of the others, as I didn't have time, but they sounded boring too..

yeah it's not her best single that she has put out to date considering the 3 years waiting gap from Wish / Starless Night to now

I want another full length album. Even if it serves as a compiliation for the mini albums with a few new songs like The Lost Lolli. :(

The mini albums work really well for her. Not sales wise but does help in that songs on there that are good do bloat a full album well.

Since a a while now, OLIVIA is releasing flavorless inoffensive rock songs. Sure, we get used to them, and like them, but real artistry like before?? No, that's completely gone. She still has it in her, it's just that she doesn't try.

I remember her saying writing mmusic was very difficult to her, so she got help from others. Those others might be guiding OLIVIA through a more commercial route, disguising weak songs as rocking numbers, and OLIVIA blinded and thankfful for being ale to create music, releases them.

I'm not talking about lyrics, only music, but tell me, do you think we will ever listen something as delicate and otherworldly and Dreamcamp? or completely nuts as Sugarbloodsuckers?

Poor OLIVIA, her two b-sides to Sailing Free were easily throwaway. But the cover picture was delicious!

Hope we get another mini album/full album next. She seems to be getting into a regular releasing streak here.. hopefully something else by the end of the year. Mini albums do work for her, I honestly think she must prefers them over full albums. Don't think she likes to set herself too many songs to write at once.

Hm, I like the song Sailing Free, but it's true, she was better before her NANA works... I love Lost Lolli! And Sea me is still my favourtie song (and single) of her.

I'd love to have another album with alternative rock, but she needs so much time to release anything. That's so sad.
But if we get a another great album I don't care about waiting a little bit longer.

I think TILL her Nana Song's she is better :o I love the Mini Album "Trinka Trinka" and the Single "Sailing free" <3
But the NANA Songs are still the BEST, that she done IMO.

I like Olivia, but it can be frustrating being her fan.. She always makes us wait so long for new releases, and we're always forced to wonder if she's even going to release anything again!

I think the reason as to why it takes so long for OLIVIA to come up with material is that she really takes her time to craft up something , just like Utada Hikaru

at least from all the avex artistes that I support , I can tell she's 1 of the rare ones that's not really forced by avex to place a lot of emphasis on quantity rather than quality which should be the way

but sometimes waiting for her to come up with something new takes FOREVER :dead2

The 1st song I heard of OLIVIA was either a little pain or Wish which I can't remember

but yeah those were really good & still are despite being released 3 years ago :heart

Olivia said herself in her blog one time that she don't wanna release anything just for the sake of it.
It's good Avex doesn't force her but sometimes I'm wondering why they keep her because her current sales aren't that good and with rare releases she's even making less money... :weep

Oh and I love her NANA stuff as well but since then she's lacking something I don't know. Maybe she's in a creative crisis?

yeah it does surprise me that avex's not dropping her yet despite the sub par performance that Trinka Trinka & let alone Sailling free obtained

because you can tell the material going on during the NANA era , it was dark , angsty & moody

when Trinka Trinka was released , it was somewhat peppy & upbeat which's a nice change
