Brother-sister duo to launch magical girl manga about 5 sisters who run a hair salon

The musician DAIGO for the band BREAKERZ and his older sister, manga creator Eiki Eiki (Dear Myself, Train☆Train), are working together to create a new manga titled Scissors Sisters.Artist MARICO will draw the manga. The manga will premiere in first volume of Kadokawa Shoten's new magazine Altima Ace on October 18.

Scissors Sisters is about five sisters who run a hair salon. The sisters are also magical girls who use their salon equipment to fight to protect the Earth's peace. The premiere issue of Altima Ace will also feature a dialogue with the brother-sister team about how they created the manga.

Altima Ace will also include Jinsei Kataoka and Kazuma Kondou's new work Kami-sama☆Permanent, Hiroto Ida's Baka ga Zenra de Yattekuru (based on Hitoma Iruma's original work), Busta! by Eiri Iwamoto, Mahou Shounen no Sodatekata by Yuu Mori, Fate/Zero Black by mendori (based on Gen Urobuchi's original work), Kangaero by Mayu Taumi, and other titles.

DAIGO's 2012 calendar will not be released officially until later this month but already it seems some people in Japan already received it early ? :O

Anyway , mmm I already have seen the preview pics that're taken from the most recent Emugura Mook which they included some teasers on what to expect from his calendar this year & yup my stand is still the same in that I feel this year's calendar pics of DAIGO is not as good as his previous calendars ._.

I wonder what was going though Yusuke "mizzy" Minegishi's head man when he put DAIGO in some wacky outfits this year lmao

Ok , wow this's quite a ... surprise when I was snopping though YesAsia yesterday .

In addition to the Taiwan press / CD + DVD A of GO , a Korean press for the CD only pressing of the album will be made available via YesAsia from 17th Oct onwards

I think it's fantastic to see something like this taking place :D & I said before that Overseas Pressings are such a lifesaver & for the price of US$17.99 , it's great , comparing to US$37.25 for the Japan pressing of GO that YesAsia charges X.X

But with that said , at least the May / June and Sept / Oct shots for this year are great <3

I had no idea just how ... explicit REAL LOVE (2010) was until I got the shock of my life when I watched them performing REAL LOVE at their 1st Budokan concert 2 years ago @_@

Worst of all ? I was watching the DVD in my living room :thud . I will not have any idea how to explain to my parents if that came on :tired

With that said , REAL LOVE 2010 was truly an amazing if not risky PV . I was worried if there might be a backlash because the general public was so used to seeing the silly stupid side of DAIGO , they definitely will be shell shocked to see the DoM Captain side of him

but hey , BUNNY LOVE / REAL LOVE 2010 did so well , #4 baby , I couldn't be anymore happier than this <3
