I think by American debut, they mean her first performance in America, not her actually breaking into the U.S. market the way BoA and the others are.

Also, I have a note to make: I listened to "Shinshoku Dolce" on my iPod a week or so ago for the first time (I had only ever listened to it on my laptop outloud) and I was so surprised at all of the stuff I was missing out on! I never heard/noticed the cat meowing at the beginning of "Ennui Kibun!" and she hums the song at the very end of it when she's turning her shower back on. I just love that!

Her Myspace says she's doing performances at Laforet Harajuku Collection on July 4th and a concert at JE Live House on July 5th for Japan Expo. Seems she'll be in Paris for the start of July, go to America for the anime convention, and do a live at Shibuya O-WEST on Aug 9.

Guessing she's in Japan right now since the "Secret Live" took place on June 1st.
