the extra cost is probably a markup price that CDJapan charges since by right , the book cost 7,160 Yen (6,660 Yen for the book + 500 Yen for domestic shipping within Japan)

But meh I'm not buying it anyway , don't seem worth it to me & besides I'm tied up with buying concert goods from this month til Jan 2013 lmao
