Sounds more like it's the backing track for the main vocals during the chorus?

If you listen to some instrumentals of songs, during the choruses (or even random parts throughout the song) there will be much higher pitched or lower pitched renditions of certain lyrics to give the song more dimension...

But who knows.

Wait just kidding, I was listening to it on my phone first and it sounds much different on my PC than phone haha.

It also sounds like it's a really rough version. I think that's probably the main chorus line or something though since there are 'lalalas' in the background.

It will be interesting to see how this track evolves since we never get to hear Ayu tracks in their early stages like this.

And about the song that we can barely hear.. I don't like it by now. It sounds nothing special, just a song that reminds me You & Me, Snowy kiss and/or Wake me up song type and style. I think (and hope) that my opinion will change with the final result, but for now.. it's a tune really forgettable.

I think the melody itself is very catchy, but the current 'arrangement' is really basic.

Oh, I didn't think about that possibility, but now I'm hoping for that, and not for it to be the main vocal because it doesn't sound good for that...

Yes, you need a Japanese third party, but there are services that can do that for you and provide you a address so you can register in websites that require Japanese addresses (but, of course, it's more expensive than if you know someone in Japan that could register for you). I use tenso.com to have the Japanese address for the registration and have the TA gifts sent to my real address outside Japan by their services :) (more info: http://ahsforum.com/forum/showthread.php?t=108969)

People that get uppity about things like links being shared are probably the first people to download albums/singles/dvds/etc when they get leaked so..

and we just said don't worry. It is an official link that Ayu posted on her diary and not from a fanpage. It is not a private link. avex/ayu uploaded it on youtube, so they didn't want to keep it secret and it is alright to share.
