I actually like all of her songs. I use to dislike First Love songs the most, but now I like those too.

I'd definitely sample Distance, but if you want to get a fast crash course, got with her singles collection. It has tracks from FL, Distance, and DEEP RIVER.

You might not like them, but especially Take 5 is wonderfully arranged and imho one of the most beautiful, most touching songs ever made.
I don't really like the beginning part of Nijiiro Bus, but after it becomes a little less "happy" comes the part in which she sings "daremo inai sekai he.. etc" I really like that part of the song.

Of course, everyone is entitled to his own opinion and I respect you're opinion ^__^ I really wouldn't care less if you hated Hikki or something (which you don't , just example). I just want to know if you REALLY think Take 5 is crap, I just can't imagine that xD

How can anyone hate Distance? Seriously, it's her best album to date. FOR SHAME!!!!!!!!!!!

Teiku 5 is amazing too, I'm going to seriously cry if anyone hates on it :laugh

I love Distance! It's my 2nd favorite album of hikki!
The album's highlights for me are Can You Keep A Secret?, Wait & See ~risuku~, Parody, taimu rimito, sangurasu, Addicted To You, dorama and kettobase!. So many amazing songs.

Take 5 is never crap in my eyes!!! it's pure genius :love, ok i'll try out distance ^^

They are probably the best JPOP songs imo too. Play Ball and Making Love are probably the first songs I can listen to them 1,000,000 times and they never ever grow flat or old. It's incredible :eek Funny enough, when I first listened to both of those songs, I thought they were boring/annoying, and I sincerely couldn't understand how someone could enjoy those 'boring crap" and even list as their favorite. I thought it was impossible to love those songs like that...but they slowly grew on me, like a curse, and I had to eat back all my previous negative criticisms about them ahaha They're so terribly addictive.

I'll never understand how most of you have that much passion for Ultra Blue. Album was a total downgrade in her collection of albums IMO. Most of the album tracks are just boring and u have no choice but to skip over some especially if ur not in the mood to tolerate it. UB is not something I'd play in the car. DDDDD: The album is okay but choosing it over her possibly best albums ever....it's-it's insulting. :shakehead

^why is it important to like everything she does? isn't respecting her as an artist enough? I don't like Heart Station though I respect it because its different and selling well. I personally won't listen to it enough to like it though; its not my taste.

However I'll listen to BW/K&C single...that's a ray of sunshine in my day. :heart

I think if I like everything she does it'd make her new material a bit less...exciting or refreshing? cause I know I'll like it anyway so hearing something different won't really matter as much.

I think everyone needs to just realize that Hikki is making great music for you guys, her fans, and we need to appreciate and support her no matter what. It's important for us not to sit around fighting, that's just dumb. We should all just love Hikki no matter what she puts out, because it's Hikki!

You know, even if I say something from Hikki is bad or I don't like it, it's still usually about 10 times better than most artists' best songs for me! Even the Hikki songs that aren't good, I make myself like them because it's Hikki and I really love her. I think it's important to try your hardest to like something if it's from an artist you really love :heart
