I think this is one of her best covers. I usually dislike her covers or think they can be better. This is so girly and cute and awsome and,.... I want covers like this for album. Gorgeous

AyuHamasaki01 28th August 2010 06:10 PM

Those covers are really ugly.

fancycar 28th August 2010 06:19 PM

Why does she need to re-sing other's song!?
How awful!!!!
I hate teens,but I love 卒業写真.

dreamland2.0 28th August 2010 06:25 PM

The storyline was featured in a newspaper article about Jaejoong being in Ayu's blossom PV.

These covers are just plain terrible :no

Kacku 28th August 2010 07:09 PM

I love how every other person is saying the covers are saying while the other half is saying they are horrible. :P

Raleigh 28th August 2010 07:15 PM

I like the covers. Simplistic, artistic and no weird concepts.

ILoveGeniuses 28th August 2010 07:19 PM

i wonder how soon they'll air the new PVs on TV in Japan...?

Also, I'm wearing a JJ necklace and ayu cap right now.:P

Though Seven days war certainly sounds slow, to me it sounds very exciting. It's got a lot of potential imo.

I disagree with people who always complain if they have no reasons, but if a person is able to argue why he like or dislike something he deserves respect.

:thumbsup :yes
I only like one cover of this single.
I love a lot of her a-sides, but sometimes i hate the covers (E. Rule/S Days/G, etc), then i hope a really great song, because i can't say if i like crossroad or not with a preview.

panda♥ 28th August 2010 08:47 PM

been away for a few days so am just now seeing the covers.

definitely mixed feelings. i expected something completely different. i wish she would have avoided the cutesy look for these covers atleast. her makeup looks natural which i definitely like, but i think these covers would've been better for NEXT LEVEL or something. XD

ILoveGeniuses 28th August 2010 08:50 PM

^just asking. did u also read all the news about tracklist and the PV info about JaeJoong being in Ayu's blossom PV? Was just wondering if u need a further update. :D Trying to help.

Btw, i love ur avatar and siggy. Also, ur location? Uhhh... what're u doing in Ayu's closet?:P:P:P

I'm just wondering why she's on such a ballad spree...

Sunset / You were... / BALLAD / MOON / blossom / crossroad / SEVEN DAYS WAR

I mean, don't get me wrong, I love her ballads, but where are the upbeat songs and the rock songs? I know we got some on Rock'n'Roll Circus, but it seems so weird her last five singles have been two ballads each (with the exception of Sunrise / Sunset which was one ballad, one upbeat.)

It's really making me nervous about "L" because I'd really like a new pop or rock song. No more ballads... :no

Sunset was an answer song for Sunrise, for winter its perfect to have ballads cuz its the weather who makes us so nostalgic and emotional, and MOON/blossom/crossroad are belonging to 48/49 and 50th single which means very special to her career, her biggest hits were ballads, people mostly know her for SEASONS and Dearest, not STEP you or talkin' 2 myself.
Even tho, I would like to say 'she's honest in music, maybe she feels that way', but she is a product at the end of the day and singles are suppose to appeal masses.

You said it. Looks tacky, cheap and photoshopped. After Moon/Blossom I thought the next single's covers couldn't be any worse, but here they are. Blah. I like the old Ayu back. Musicwise, coverwise, everything-wise. :grumpy

noisy_harmony 28th August 2010 10:00 PM

And ballads are the best sellers in Japan.

Not that it's the reason why Ayu releases almost only ballad singles recently though. :l

truehappiness 28th August 2010 10:10 PM

It's probably because she had a bit of a drought of ballads in 2008/2009, haha.

PoetGirl 28th August 2010 10:13 PM

could be yeah. I missed her ballads so much with NEXT LEVEL. I mean, album was super awsome, but it seriously lacked emotions and ballads. Im so happy she gave us emotions on RNRC with count down, last links when you can feel bitterness and coldness, Sunset and BALLAD when you can feel nostalgic, and grand epic ballad like You were...

Kogepan_19 28th August 2010 10:16 PM

I don't think blossom is even a ballad, in accordance to the conventions of what a ballad in pop music should be.
