I mentioned the song in her live stream today and she said when COVID settles down in Japan, she would like to go in person to discuss buying back the copyrights for at least a few years, so she can release it!

2013, I remember playing that little preview many times wondering when I could listen the full song, it was beautiful, it's still beautiful. I hope she can get the copyrights and release a physical copy :3

I brought it up with alan, but she said that she has no control over that since it's all under Avex.

But if you change to Spotify Japan, all of her Japanese songs are on there (except the new tracks of JAPAN PREMIUM BEST for some reason)

You just need a Japan VPN and change your location to Japan in Spotify's settings.


Edit: I also made an alan Discord server. It's easier to update her day-to-day since she's very active on Chinese social media. She reveals a lot about what she's working on. I'm also putting the album lyrics translation of "Thoughts of a Decade" on the server for now.

alan released a new single on August 25th ! It's a collaboration single with Yu Bing, pipa player from the Shanghai National Orchestra.
It's not available yet on Apple Music and Spotify.

I never got the idea that Avex dumped her. It seems she was the one who wanted to go back home. She looks so in love with her motherland.

Unfortunately this song won't be used worldwide. For the other parts of the world, the ending theme will be an instrumental called "新月 New Moon" by violinist Ayasa.
