CAROLS was blah for me before i saw CDL13-14 :love now i it's one of my fave winter songs! it was magical performance really

I keep wondering if 1LOVE at AT15 was lipsynced cause it's my favorite performance but it was almost too perfect lol

If there is any performance where she has to move quite a bit and has a headset on, it's usually fully lipped. And the ones where she has a mic and it SEEMS lipped, it's because parts of the song are.

This. I think certain types of fans would be shocked if they knew how much lipping goes on in ayu's concerts. Some of it is very visible but not necessarily obvious to the casual observer. I guess if you're looking it for it it becomes apparent.

Love Songs always blows my mind..its perfect. Like A Doll is one of Ayu's best songs IMO. Strong lyrics and a fresh melody.

She needs to do It was / criminal / Like a doll one day.

I think she's very good at it however with occasional flubs due to wrong lyrics. You can tell when things are a bit too smooth sounding that she uses a really really heavy backing track and probably is "singing" but that is not what we're hearing compared to when she does a lot of ad libs in a track and has a bit of a tired sound to her. That said, she does still sing live for a good bit.

CAROLS is so beautiful. Somehow I can only listen to it in Winter though :P Summer diary is my jam right now lol. And I'm into evolution again. It was the very first Ayu song I listened to and also my first Japanese song ever. I remember that I was so intrigued by it although Japanese still sounded so awkward to me :D

I love going back and listening to tracks I haven't listened to in a while.

Gives me a new perspective of them.

Songs like Together When... or Life just feel so good after a few years.

honestly though? Ayu's Winter Diary ~A7 classical~ is the best one in her classical remix albums discography. The arrangements are beyond powerful, especially for the rock tracks.

There are so many Ayu videos that are NOT on YouTube, and it makes me sad. I dug this off an old CD-ROM today because I've had it in my head for months.

Yes, it's my favourite too! I find it more consistent than her other classical albums.

I liked the idea of LOVE CLASSICS but it lacked interesting song choice.

Winter diary though was perfection.

A7's mixing? Volume? Is really weird.

I can barely hear some of the lyrics over the music.

My absolute favorite AO album is Ayu-mi-x 4. It's kind of cheating since it's sort of a best of lol but that's ok. It was the first album I purchased. lol.

In terms of classical, I prefer MY STORY

I thought that Winter diary had that issue because of the A ONE mixing for some tracks to begin with.

^^i'm personally not really much into technical stuff, if the instrumental hooks me up, it's a sealed deal lol And no other one nearly made me cry not because of how sad some of the songs were but how powerful the arrangemnts turned out to be.
