Ooooh, I'm VERY excited for Kuu's new album now!! ^__^ My only complaint is that they put Alive on, instead of Hashire! (or, I would've rather had Good Day, even). :\ Oh well. It is an A-side, so whatever. The new tracks sound like they'll be good. And yeah, it sounds like she's experimenting a bit more. :yes I only pray there's no GaGa song on here, lol.... :mad

I just hope I like this better than the album I wish would fade from existence TRICK. I'm definitely going to be going against my usual shtick and listen to the album before I buy it.

^ Meh, I'm not big on Moon Crying to begin with, so this "new" live version means nothing to me. :X (Am I the only one who thinks that every single bonus track she's had sucks, lol? Like, terribly? ^^')

Wait....... All this time, I was thinking that UNIVERSE would come as a bonus CD; as in, with it's own case and booklet, but..... It's actually just going to be a bonus disc, and maybe a booklet, right..? Bull. :mad

I'm really excited now too! I feel like we have so many new songs! So I'm not too mad that the single songs are not here.


I think it's interesting how they talk about the songs. I especially like how they keep saying "charming"...cause you know what, when it comes to a lot of her poppier songs, even when I didn't like them, they were always charming and uplifting in some way.

I like that her music is always consistent as well, but she is able to change it up a bit.

I have high hopes for her melodies too. She's been taking the cake with her catchy stuff out of nearly all of my favorite artists in Japan...but we'll see.

I have a feeling step into my world will be something like ayu's pieces of seven but with vocals...start out slow and then rock which will lead to can we go back. I'm not into her rock songs so the track I'm looking forward to the most is UNIVERSE.

I can't judge by the descriptions, only when I hear the full songs I can. I just hope there isn't a lot of engrish in the songs. I really, really want this album to be good. Please don't let me down kumi, I'm starting to trust you again!

lol omg. the album did grow on me but I will admit it is her 2nd worst album. I do hope this one is better :meditate

if it is Gaga's No Way, then that will quickly become a Top 25 Most Played on my iTunes. ^_^ here's hoping :D

me neither & I actually like TRICK a lot more than Kingdom & I seem to play TRICK often on my mp3player too

I like Kingdom better than TRICK :yes Kingdom has some of my favorite kuu songs like BUT, FREAKY, Aisho, Amai wana, Under, and anytime. My only fav kuu songs on TRICK are TABOO and This is not a love song. The low points on Kingdom (Anata Ga Shite Kureta Koto, Ai no uta, Himitsu, LAST ANGEL) don't even come close to being as bad as the low points on TRICK (Bling bling bling, that ain't cool, ai no kotoba, JUST THE WAY YOU ARE)

I definitely enjoyed KINGDOM way more. I absolutely love every track! Even the ones that many didn't (WONDERLAND xD; ) It was the perfect album from Kumi to me. But I've noticed a pattern with her, every other album is a hit or miss for me. Secret = hit, Black Cherry = miss, KINGDOM = hit!, TRICK = failure beyond belief lol. So I'm hoping this album will be a sure hit! I love Physical Thing and I enjoy Alive. Ecstasy grew on me a lot, CWGB is decent and I have no problem ignoring Lick me so this album should be okay. :yes

I love TRICK and KINGDOM - was just watching the TRICK tour which was amazing
After that I listened to like 4 Kuu albums ^^
