Oh btw stupid question but is the CD-only version the one in black or white? Cos I think I'm liking the black one more and I'm buying the CD-only version...

The CD only version is in black.
You get one card (randomly chosen) only if your copy is a first press. They are not that generous to give us all five. :(

^ Oh damn lol. All right I'm gonna call HMV later on and see if the copy of BREAK OUT! they're bringing over is first-press... I hope it is cos that's what they usually do lol
