I've always felt Ayu's lottery ticket prices seemed relatively cheap compared to lots of western concerts so not too surprised by the change. It also means instead of resellers making money reselling seats in good places, Ayu and Avex can make that money in the first place?
Although if some of the money from the tiered prices went to the stage design and some cool new performances... :D

I still cannot register my VISA card so I think I wont be able to buy Tier 3. This is soooo sad ������

Shouldn’t matter, however it’s worth checking with your bank as they might be blocking what they consider suspicious transactions. If they are not then you might want to consider another bank...

Yupe, like njanjayrp's advice, call your issuance bank ask for reason, could be they block what they consider suspicious transactions.

Did mine once (some kind of online subscription - monthly), transaction blocked then I call my bank and they removed the red flag on that transaction and no more trouble in all future charge until I cancel.
