I still think A BEST 2 albums did great, considered in sales falling ayu's sales from Secret stayed the same and A BEST 2 -WHITE- already outsold it.
But without outselling standarts issues, the fact that A BEST 2 still sold more than 600,000 is really hugely remarkable and combined avex & ayu gained more than a 1,300,000 copies sales just with those albums.

in fact, there's no point for us to disappoint(based on the sales number) with A BEST 2 , both of them are really the best albums,each contains the best songs, the best ayu's dedication for her loyal fans this year, plus the Asia Tour which is ayu's dedication for her loyal overseas fans.

so, i just wanna say: arigatou gozaimastza, ayu! for A BEST2 albums (i already have both of them!!!)
and "omedetou" for the success of Asia Tour + the 9th anniversary.
it's the best year ever for ayu!!!!!

Well for some good news, Secret made its way back onto the charts and A BEST 2 has now held the #1 &#2 position on Taiwan's J-pop chart for 5 weeks in a row. I don't know her record for having a consecutive #1 in Taiwan, but I'd guess she's getting close to brekaing it.

wow...thats really great news! Secret is back on the charts is great! and A BEST 2 topped the taiwanese chart 5 weeks is awesome!

Whoa at least this week's sales didn't half that much.... Go hit the 700k target!

I'm glad the CDs are back in the top 20. I hope they keep some longevity and hit 750-800k.

If both can pass 700K, it is quite good. However, I think it is hard too.
Hope A best 2 will not be beated by ai am BEST finally. Then I think it is qualified.

Ai am BEST has already sold 473k copies in two weeks, so i think it will surpass the A BEST 2's at this point.

how come? A BEST 2 -BLACK- (which sold less) sold 567,411 copies in two weeks there's almost 100,000 difference... let's not mention -WHITE- which sold more.

and A BEST -WHITE- will be on the top 20 again most likely this week and -BLACK- seemingly might be 21 or 22... let's hope.

I think the reason is A BEST 2 drops much faster than ai am BEST.
Therefore, ai may sell more than ayu finally.

Ayu has pretty horrible longevity with her albums lately, whereas Ai usually lasts on the charts for a long time. Ayu's sales dropped from 475k to 101k in a week and then kept dropping by over 50%. If she had had more stayting power, both albums could've hit a million.

its 669,430 white not 669,330 white

It's pretty well known but go figure if ai's album has enough power to stay on the charts and sell more enough this time...
I think people still can't tell what will happen but there's 50% chance for both options right now.

How many ai am BEST have been sold until now ?

Well, I really want a success for this BEST since it's Ai Otsuka's 1st one!
There are still good songs between all the Pop-Childish~ songs like her ballads =3
But on the other hand, I don't want to see ai am BEST selling more than one of the two A BEST 2 v.v
Just as a question of quality, not obviously because I prefer Ayu than Ai...

^473,926 the first two weeks... This week it will sell around 45,000-60,000 I Think which will bring it to 520,000-530,000 roundies while both A BEST 2 sold over 610,000 on the 3rd week.
