ummm I have a question

at what position did Kanon's debut album Shinshoku Dolce debuted at on the Oricon charts ? :shrug

Her cello skills are so good....I remember when I first heard of her....my sister was like "OMG my friend just showed me a creepy cello girl who looks like Ayumi Hamasak" and I'm like HUH? And then I fell in love with Still Doll....If she releases in the U.S I'll definitely go out to get it.

her album ranked in at the #47th spot on the weekly charts. Dont really know about daily though

I actually came across Kanon's unique style of music on MTV China / Asia when they were & still overplaying the video of her 2nd single Suna no Oshiro & at that time I dismissed her style of music thinking that it was too creepy for my liking .

But after I found out that she combines classical music and French/electropop elements in her material , I decided to change my mind/perception towards her & I went to listen to her debut single all the way til her debut album Shinshoku Dolce & found out that she's pretty good & has an unique sense of style , be it for her music or her choice of outfits/clothes which's something that's quite rarely seen at this point in time in the japan music scene .

yes HMV imports all of Kanon's stuff except for her debut album in CD + DVD format because of the censorship board

I actually called them yesterday to enquire & they have everything inclusive of both editions of Suna no Oshiro

They only have 1 copy left for still doll , Suna no Oshiro & Shinshoku Dolce respectively . I almost flipped when they told me the price for Shinshoku Dolce is S$79 @_@ :thud

but it's ok because I think she's a great artiste & this means I will be going broke again :lmfao & the price of her singles are expensive too & I don't think it's worth it for me to get them since her 2 singles & 2 B-sides are included in her debut album
