The only thing I don't like about Boku no Miteiru Fukei is that they mixed the group tracks & solos together X_X , they should have done like what they did for Time & Dream"A"live

Riida's solo of the new album:



I only listened to it for like 30 seconds (I couldn't resist, because I can't resist Riida's voice! ^.^''), but it sounds quite nice!
I like that the song is slow and soft and that you can hear his voice so well.

It's a really great song and I can't wait to hear the full version...on my own copy of the new album! <3


I'm still a bit sad, that this song is not like his other solo songs ("Song for me", "Take Me Faraway" and "Rain"), but that's okay. I like the new song nevertheless!


@cover: Now that I've seen the cover in a bigger version...I don't like it. I mean, the background is so colourful and bright and not one of the guys is smiling.
That's kinda wrong...it doesn't suit the background.

after seeing the cover in big, it's definately 10000x better than Dream "A" live's cover :P

anyway, Boku no Miteiru Fukei is BRILLIANT. :luv2 i'm speechless, honestly, lol. all i can say is that i love every track and it's just one hell of an album! track #2 is ****ING AMAZING! :laugh the same applies for sho's solo, as well. that's the hottest solo song i've ever heard from sho. while listening to it, i was seriously freaking out, trying to contain myself from screaming like a crazy fangirl. his voice and the music and everything about it is just HOT.

matsujun's solo is also his best solo, IMO. i can't believe his voice is in autotune! :roflmao it fits perfectly, haha. the song is just so catchy as well. aiba's solo is ADORABLE! i love how his voice was. so cute! nino's solo was very good, and ohno's solo was such a nice ballad. they're just very solid solo songs! i'm so impressed, like arashi has outdone themselves with this album, for real. it's the best album of the year for me, LOL. i know i'm biased, but i truly think this album is such a different sound for arashi. it shows that they don't just do cute pop songs, they can do harder songs as well. it's just so amazing to hear :weep

now, i'm off to repeat the album for the rest of the day, LOL.

Then PLEASE help me, because I'm listening to the album right now (I don't have the money to buy it right now and I couldn't resist downloading it!) and I don't like the new songs, not even the solos. Only Riida's solo is really beautiful. Not as good as "Song for me", "Take Me Faraway" or "Rain", but really nice.
Honestly, all the songs sound the same or really stupid (like Aiba's solo...I mean, come on! :no).

The "old" songs on the album are great, but the only new songs I like are "kagerô", "Mukae ni iku yo" and "Gift". Three? Three! :thud

Maybe I need to listen to the new songs more often, but I'm constantly waiting for something big and exciting, but there is nothing coming.

I was expecting much more from this new album and I'm very disappointed right now! :(
I don't think I'll buy it.

if you listen to Dream"A"live , you would thank your lucky stars that Boku no Miteiru Fukei is x100000 times more well put together than Dream"A"live

Dream"A"live was pretty much a music disaster & the covers were X_X too :no & frankly , the only good thing for that album was the 2 singles & also Ohno's solo too x)

then again like what Lisa said , Boku no Miteiru Fukei is really impressive & I'm so glad that I preordered my & her copies of the album super early on 5musicTaiwan xD

i think if you compare Boku no Miteiru Fuukei to Dream "A" live, you'll notice that one album is specifically pop songs, and one album has more experimental songs. nothing on Dream "A" live is strong enough against the songs on Boku no Miteiru Fuukei. at the end of the day, arashi is always pop, but i felt like their songs are darker or harder on this album. i read that people thought all the songs on this album sound the same, but IMO, i disagree. maybe they're all on the different/experimental/harder side, but the songs don't literally sound the same, to me at least. so i dunno, i think arashi's producers took a chance and decided to produce songs with some edge and style in this album. they're not your usual arashi pop songs, that's for sure. it's a good change!

and to reply to Midori-chan's post, i respectively disagree on the songs sounding stupid. how does arashi sound stupid? :shrug maybe aiba's voice in his solo is a bit funny, but what do you expect from aiba? he's crazy :laugh and jun's always had his nasally voice so it's nothing new. it's just that now he's with the autotune and i think he does waay better than yamapi :innocent (sorry yamapi! i'm biased so don't mind me :P). i think it's impossible to say that arashi hasn't switched up their music since 2008.

aha yeah I forgot Once Again D: too bad it's not available in my 2CDs limited edition copy of Dream"A"live ~_~ but it's included in your CD only regular edition copy Lisa haha xD

Dream"A"live flopped to me in the sense that the album tracks sounded really rushed/incomplete & it sounded like poor cousins of the singles

Also , it didn't helped that only Happiness & Step and Go were included & as such , the album tracks had a lot to fill in the gaps which most of the time , it didn't worked

That's why I was really happy when I listened to Boku no Miteiru Fukei as to me , I felt that the producers & the guys took a lot more time/effort to try to make the album tracks sound good in which it happened thankfully

In line with the solo songs , I'm relieved that all of them sound so much stronger/mature than Dream"A"live (I only like Ohno's one from there , the rest were sooooo mehhhhh) & I can tolerate all of them this time round xD xD

With regards to Aiba's solos , he's not the best vocally in the group but he's able to pick/sing songs on his own that will & will not work for him

Anyway that's my analogy on things , you can agree/disagree on what I said anyway as music's so subjective

what I like , you will not & vice versa
