Finally we're getting ready for the new single!!!
|
1st episode of MatsuJun's Lucky Seven drama had a 16.3% rating
http://aramatheydidnt.livejournal.com/3292544.html And CDJapan described Wild At Heart as an uptempo rock song :3 http://www.cdjapan.co.jp/detailview.html?KEY=JACA-5311 I seriously hope it will be something the old ARASHI would do as frankly , I was really bored with Meikyuu Love Song even though the PV was really entertaining |
Quote:
I really hope it will be a song along the lines of "Cry for you" and "Right back to you"! These two songs are two of my all-time favourite Arashi songs and I think that they are soooooo underrated! |

Masaki Aiba thinks he’s like a bear cub
Animal talk was at the centre of Arashi’s Masaki Aiba and his co-narrators’ press conference in Tokyo on January 23 for their upcoming documentary movie, reports News 24. It has been reported Aiba, comedian Gori, actress Masami Nagasawa, and Hitomi Kuroki turned up to promote “日本列島 いきものたちの物語 (Nihon-retto Ikimonotachi no Monogatari)“, a documentary movie about Japanese wildlife through the four seasons in a year. “I had also been interested in Japan’s nature and wildlife even before I got to work on this film so I felt very lucky to have been invited (as a narrator),” Aiba said. Aiba’s story follows two bear brothers. It has been reported at the press conference, Aiba said one bear was just like him. “Like humans, they have their own personalities. You have the responsible older brother and the clumsy little brother. Well, he’s actually just a bear cub who can’t do anything…which is like me, I guess.” “日本列島 いきものたちの物語 (Nihon-retto Ikimonotachi no Monogatari)” opens in Japan cinemas on February 4. http://momoedgewood.wordpress.com/20...ke-a-bear-cub/ |

Arashi’s Sakurai Sho & AKB48’s Oshima Yuko to co-star in TBS special drama
It’s been announced that Arashi’s Sakurai Sho and AKB48’s Oshima Yuko will star in TBS’s special drama “Blackboard ~Jidai to Tatakatta Kyoushi tachi~“! Scheduled to air as a consecutive three-night series, the drama will broadcast its first episode sometime in April. The story will follow teachers from three different eras in history. Sakurai and Oshima will star in the first episode, which is set at a junior high school in Tokyo after World War II. Sakurai will play a teacher there named “Shirahama” who loses his right arm during the war. Haunted by his reduced sense of worth, Sakurai’s character is caught between the memories of his militarist education and the new democratic system after the war. Oshima will play Sakurai’s co-worker, an English teacher named ‘Ichihara’. ‘Ichihara’ embraces the future of democratic education, which causes her to clash with ‘Shirahama’, who tries to stubbornly hold onto his pre-war values. Though they have conflicts at first, ‘Ichihara’ finds herself falling in love with him. The second night will be set in the 1980’s with the theme of school violence; actors Sato Koichi and Shida Mirai have been selected to star in that installment. Finally, the third night will be set in the present day; the cast members for this episode remain unknown at this time. http://www.tokyohive.com/2012/01/ara...special-drama/ |
Kind of gave up on Arashis music - but Wild at heart is not bad! At least the snippet you get to hear at the end of Lucky Seven!

Arashi’s Ninomiya Kazunari to star in latest Higashino Keigo adaption, “Platina Data”
On January 26th, it was announced that Ninomiya Kazunari from Arashi will be starring in an upcoming movie titled,”Platina Data“. “Platina Data” is based on a novel by famed writer Higashino Keigo. Set in 2017, it tells the story of a young brilliant scientist named Kagura Ryohei (Ninomiya), who works as a DNA specialist for the National Police Agency in the newly created underwater DNA data center. One day, he suddenly becomes the prime suspect in the murder case of the person who developed the new DNA investigation system. Having no memory of what actually happened, Kagura decides to run away from the police. Ninomiya commented, “It’s an incredible story that lets you take a look at a not too distant future… It’s an honor to be involved in this project.” It was also announced that the detective in charge of the pursuit, Asama Reiji, will be played by actor Toyokawa Etsushi. “I’m really happy to be able to work with Toyokawa. I can learn so many things from him,” Ninomiya said. “I’ll immediately start the preparations in order to be able to keep up with him.” Toyokawa commented, “I’ve always thought of Ninomiya as a wonderful and young actor with a great individuality, from whom I can still learn a couple of things myself. I can’t wait to interact with him.” The filming will begin in February, which gives Ninomiya a few more days to study the latest reports about DNA research, as he said. Aside from the science factor, the movie is said to include various dynamic action scenes as well. Distributor Toho stated that they want to create an epic mystery on the level of a Hollywood movie. “Platina Data” will not appear in cinemas before 2013. http://www.tokyohive.com/2012/01/ara...-platina-data/ |

Wild at Heart - Full Version
http://www.4shared.com/video/1KKM_Ir...l_Version.html The song is very upbeat and reminds me of "Nice na kokoroiki". I'm a bit disappointed, because I was really expecting a "rock song" (misleading title, kind of)! Well, definitely not my favourite song from Arashi. I find it a bit boring...! :irked |
I like Wild At Heart so much better than Meikyuu Love Song . At least Wild At Heart didn't put me to sleep but yeah it's very Nice na Kokoroiki
I'm expecting pretty big things for the covers if not the PV now x) YesAsia's description of Wild At Heart Matsumoto Jun is starring in the new Fuji Television drama Lucky 7, and he is leading an all-star cast that includes Eita, Oizumi Yo, and Matsushima Nanako. As usual, Arashi is performing the drama's theme song, and it's now being released as their first single of 2012! Wild At Heart is a playful, energetic rock tune that complements the fun, action-packed vibe of the drama. In addition to Wild at Heart, the single also includes a B-side track. http://www.yesasia.com/global/wild-a...0-en/info.html Wild At Heart is a playful, energetic rock tune that complements the fun, action-packed vibe of the drama That would explain things now :yes |
^ Really?! Well, I find "Wild at Heart" extremely boring.
The beginning with the guitar intro is very nice, but that's it. But I hope for a good PV, one with a storyline would be nice! :rolleyes |
yeah I do like Wild At Heart . I used to be a very big ARASHI fan but after a while , my interest in them has dropped significantly after discovering other Johnny's such as KAT-TUN :p
As such , I've been pretty picky on what they've released in recent times , especially since to me , their recent stuff doesn't have the same quality if not spark as their older stuff So for me to say that I like Wild At Heart & let alone listening to it over & over from yesterday til now , I think it means something haha anyway the song can be also heard on YouTube |
love "Wild At Heart" so much! :heart
and now it's time for a new thread! :D |
