The look is pretty Ariana-ish. This kinda looks like it'll be a promo picture or something rather than for a magazine. She seemed to use a filter to augment the brows/eye area here so it looks a bit weird.

The Ariana-adjacent looks have been pretty consistent for a few years now. However, it's at least interesting to see. Hopefully Shimoko does some good work with her.

I really like Ariana Grande and her esthetics. It's kinda modern Sailor Moon. Embracing the 90's and 00's with her own signature look. So I don't mind that Ayu is inspired by Ariana's style. Her eyes are more poppin' than ever, and I hope she is going to rock her own twist to the Ariana flair.


Edit: I found this once on Instagram, it is a fan animation of Ari's tour outfits. This is the esthethic I am talking about... sooo if Ayu would do something likewise, I will be over the moon!

yeah lol she's been using Ariana-ish hairstyles since 2015 now. I think they look amazing on Ayu.

Unfortunately this hairstyle makes you bald around the hairline (and hers is already really light, especially above the forehead) so I'm a bit worried when I see her using it that much. But yeah, she is always stunning with hair pulled back tight.
