At that time I felt it was so pricey when I bought it. Now the Party Queen boxset is like 18000 yen... :(

^^My apartment complex was bought out by some company, who now wants to renovate. SO, they offered me a newly renovated, never-before-lived-in apartment in another complex that they own only a few blocks away. These apartments typically lease for $1200-1300 per month, and they are worth it because they are so gorgeous, but they offered me an 18-month lease paying only the rate I have been paying ($760 per month). PLUS they gave me February for free, so I have a little extra money to play with!

LOL so how awesome is that? I'm basically living in this gorgeous, $1300 one bedroom apartment but am only paying $760. Damn did I get lucky. ;-)

^You are so lucky! So one bed-rooms in Philly is like 1300 USD per month? Is it downtown?

^ Yeah, that's what I'm wondering, because it's getting so bad around here as far as crime and what not and everybody wants to move, but can't. They actually want to bring in the national guard.
