They don't check names on ticekts, you'll be fine. If there's TA lottery at the site you need to be able to log in and show your digital license on your phone, so if you don't have wifi access you might not be able to participate.

I once again recommend renting a portable wifi while in Japan. BEST THING I EVER DID.
