Uh yea.. that was not what I tried to ask. I was wondering if this dress is custom made for her, and whether it is from a (famous) designer.

I would expect as usual that it was made by her costume designer. She usually credits a famous designer if they are involved like Keita for that one Kouhaku outfit. She hasn't worked with a single costume person though for a while however compared to back in like 1999-2008/2009.

Tour outfits for the most part unless we can find the fashion sources like the adidas a while ago and such or that one time she wore a Halloween costume, are all custom designs. Someone aside from Ayu's designer also does the dancer outfits.
