Sales: 1,675
Total Sales: 379,547

NEXT LEVEL got back to charts!! =DD
It didn't chart since the beginning of October. ^^

Also it's not a part of the double weeks so that's not the reason lol.

ayuinh.k? 19th January 2010 07:00 PM

congratulations to NEXT LEVEL..just like A COMPLETE, they are chart monsters XDD
when sunrise/sunset came out, sales for NEXT LEVEL went up..now You were.../BALLAD is bringing it back to the top 300 :yes

spanishfan 19th January 2010 07:25 PM

OMG NL go back to charts ^^ I wonder how many copies did sold since last time as oricon doesn't count them.
I hope next week it will chart again and pass 380k

Lanz16 19th January 2010 08:03 PM

WOW! Great news! Thanks Tal!!

only 500 copies more to reach 380k!! Here's to hoping it will chart another week. On the other hand I wonder why it charted all of sudden.

Yeah, it is very strange actually. And the number of copies sold seems quite high for #173 considering how low sales in general have been - which would mean that all albums got some kind of strange sales boost - because sometimes you see albums selling around 1,500 copies in the top 50! So yeah, strange. Maybe the recent bad press is the reason, haha. That would mean the old saying is true, "there is no such thing as bad press."

aura~ 19th January 2010 09:52 PM

^yeah... like "talk about me, good or bad, but talk" right?

btw, that's great ^^ and I hope it will chart for another week an officially reach 380K ^^

If it were, I think we would've seen an effect around the time they were initially posted. It seems as though they were written a little after her blog entry about "failing" during evolution, and just after her Kouhaku performance.

It's sort of miraculous that after weeks and weeks of not selling enough to be in the top 200, it finally bounced back... who knows why though, haha.

浜崎あゆみ NEXT LEVEL
今週 442枚
累積 379989枚
登場 30週

I found this at 2ch... I wonder if it's just a prediction or something.

proserpine 19th January 2010 10:41 PM

the next level sales are from the double week

anyone who posted that first should have know it
it was from the top200 of the double week...

plus i think the same happened for a complete ? and a best 2 ? in 2009 and 2008
so it always happen with her latest album (that's why guilty didn't chart again, it was a complete)
maybe some fans are used to buy her albums at the end of the year ? lol :p

waterballoon 20th January 2010 01:43 AM

cool NEXT LEVEL charted again with quite a good sales figure too!

The double week sales are out for a while now... I would say it was either the single being popular or the new tour...

truehappiness 20th January 2010 09:17 AM

Actually, the most recent top 100 sales figures for last week were released, and as it turns out, NEXT LEVEL wasn't on it in the position indicated.

So the sales really did come from the double week.

SunshineSlayer 20th January 2010 11:05 AM

^ Yeah, I figured it had to be the double week because the sales for the entire chart seemed elevated.
