^that tweet didn't make any sense to me either. I mean whatever she's doing, she's not seperating her private life from her work life. Her twitter and her TA blog are not "private" things from the private person Ayumi Hamasaki, no, they are very much marketing from the business that is Ayumi Hamasaki. She's been mixing private & work stuff all the time.

^ that's what I thought, too. I mean, I can understand that she wants to keep some parts of her life only to herself. I wouldn't want to scream out everything about me out to the world either, no matter whether famous or not. But she is posting pictures of her trip with her husband since the day they got married and keeps us updated about many things she is doing. I mean, not that I am complaining. But being open about her private affairs and even revealing her innermost feelings through lyrics...I mean her whole career is somehow based on her being Ayumi Hamasaki - it's impossible to say she's not mixing things. Maybe she just meant, that the CDL concert was for celebrating the new year with her fans and staff, having a concert for them and that in the end it wasn't the right place to announce it there, because she knew that not everybody would be pleased or something? I think it's something like this, only she didn't want to say.

With a lot of extensive research in aviation (I'm quite a fan in aviation!), only Singapore Airlines serve between Singapore and Malé (the capital of Maldives), now I'm wondering...does she have an ANA Mileage Club membership? I don't know either if she actually also have a JAL Mileage Bank membership, as we've seen last year she was flying ANA between cities for her Arena Tour, while taking JAL for transpacific flights to and from Los Angeles, both late October/November and just a few days ago to start off 2011 with that marriage...
(One of my relatives who came to our house to stay for the next week is also getting married! He was quite guessing that when I told him she flew to Singapore, he guessed that she flew Singapore Airlines and the A380, and he was right! Quite ironic, I should say?) |
Gah! If she is coming to Australia, she should come to Perth!! No one ever comes here :( ~Okay maybe that is over exaggeration that no one comes here, but when it comes to Music tours and things like that Perth misses out because it is 'too far away' from everywhere else

Completely agree about her public/private life. She perfectly knew the wedding news would make a fuss and would be a surprise, or a shock - if not a disappointment to many, that's why she couldn't announce it during the CDL in the first place. Imagine the reaction of the audience live ? lol I'd prefer not.
I also think that updating twitter and TA is the way (one could say : the marketing strategy) she chose to soften the kind of sudden and surprising news. Ayu needs to keep the situation clear and to reassure her fans in view of this wedding news blast. She wants to show TA and everybody that they'll always be able to trust her. Whatever happens in her own (not always that private, but at least her own) life, she's still there for her fans and will never change -- and even if she wanted to, she would never be able to do so, as she said on twitter. Keeping us up to date constantly doesn't let much time to question ourselves about her new situation, it may also be a way to digest things faster for those who were sad, and to move on, even if the context is somehow surreal as she said herself. Maybe sharing some news helps her realize more that she (the good ol' and cute ayu) really got married. :D |

The Water Villa King is $2200/night. I dont want that one! edit: oh...yes it is. omg. It would cost me $95,000 to stay in the Grand Villa for two weeks. It would be soooo worth it :laugh They will also send a private yacht or seaplane to pick you up from the airport....I dont even know which one I want more lol Maybe the yacht...but the seaplane sounds so cool. |

THEY'RE BASICALLY STRANGERS TO ME -- BUT THEY LOOK SO CUTE AND HAPPY =D And some people don't seem to understand how Twitter works. lol it's all about posting random crap and getting some people to see it. We don't KNOW the two of them are bonking in that tub at that minute -- they could just want to show us pretty things, y'know.
