Hey Guys, I just read this. According to Oricon, the 'KO-SO-KO-SO' PV is so scandalous that it may not be broadcasted because it's so extreme, here's the article!

"Koda Kumi’s 50th single, “4 TIMES“, will be released on August 10th, but it’s not going to come without controversy.

“KO-SO-KO-SO“, which is included on the same single, has scandalous details about two people in bed, including the lyrics, “I’ll teach you my sweet spots”, and because the song’s music video is said to be too extreme, it is being widely speculated that it will be banned from broadcast.

I hope it does get broadcasted, but at the same time the PV is sounding even more exciting everyday! And I finally get what 4 TIMES means now, I never realised til I read it here, that's a brilliant concept! :) I really hope someone will scan the 50 postcards! :)

Hmm... So extreme, we don't know how things will turn out - had it been Korean, that would have been a different story... (The song could have been banned by minors and restricted to audiences 19 and over as well as television appearances to late night!)

(What happens if Kuu wears her belly button piercing again, especially for the KO-SO-KO-SO PV? That could be more interesting - we haven't been seeing her wearing that for quite some time...)

I don't think any of Kuu's PVs have been banned yet, but I know that 'Ima Sugu Hoshii' was banned in either Korea or Thailand. (I think it was Thailand.) But this is anticipated to be her most extreme sexy PV to date! So who knows what will happen. :) I love that she says she has gone back to being 'Koda Kumi-like' for this single, which is why each song shows the sides of kumi we know and love. :) I really hope it gets aired, or if it dosen't we'll just have to wait til August 10th to see it! <3

And I didn't know she had her bellybutton peirced, that's cool. :D She does have a butterfly tattoo on her bottom back (on the left) I think though, maybe we'll see that! ;D

EDIT: I'm surprised that Kuu didn't give fun interludes or openings and endings for the songs. 3 SPLASH even had titles that included times. That would have worked for this single.

I think only six minutes of that (Love & I, with three songs placed into one "short movie" PV) was shown on TV (the full was like some, say, 15 minutes long?)...

How come it got banned (and when)?

Anyhow, how is Oricon speculating that the PV will be banned? Has anyone actually seen the PV or are they just basing it on the lyrics?

^The industry insiders always get sneak peeks at stuff, even before its complete. Its impossible to tell how much of that article is just hype, until we see it, or it actually gets banned.

Well, true or not, that's definitely one way to hype up the release and sell tons of the DVD version.
So just to confirm, both limited editions Cd and DVD will come with the postcards, right? I'm considering it...

I don't think that there are any postcards with the CD+DVD version. They just have the same cover.

Korea is a very strict country.
They even banned Lee Hyori's video Chitty Chitty Bang Bang because it showed scenes of her driving in a truck without her seatbelt on... I think Korea is afraid that those things will "harm" their children or something...

Ahh it was Korea then, thanks! :) Yeah Korea is very strict. 4minute had to get rid of part of thier dance routine where they stretch their legs in 'Mirror, mirror', even though it lasted less than 5 seconds. And Rania had to change their routine as well because if they didn't they would be banned from performing live, and I think they were banned from some performance stations for awhile.

I'm suprised about Chitty Chitty Bang Bang being banned because she didn't wear a seatbelt though, that IS strict! D:

Looks like the postcard version is sold out everywhere, I only saw it at mumo, so I guess I'll have to use a middleman service then. For those who want it, better act fast before mumo gets sold out too.

I think we've got some serious competition here: Both AKB48's DiVA and (the highly-anticipated Johnnys group on its debut single) Kis-My-Ft2 are releasing their singles on the same day as Kuu's!

I have to be honest about this, but sure we might have some red-hot competition here...

kumi doesn't get straight #1 singles, so i'm sure she'll still do fine. probably in the top 5, at least. she'll definately be in the top 10.
