Her public musings is a form of giving courage to him too; someone who is also in the industry who is suffering from something that needs treatment. She was trying to give him the courage to go ahead and get the treatment he needs because she somewhat regrets not having done so. But again, she gives her strength in 'do what you feel is right' as she says that even with the way she is now she will give it her best.

Had a dream last night where her hair was like that. It was curly and had volume and she it was for the cover of her new album. It had a really poetic title which was much longer than her usual album titles. It was very beautiful and red rose petals were blowing past her.

And we got on the topic of her image, and he kept saying how she was at her best when she would appear on tv in a t-shirt and jeans.
