Alright, since nothing much will probably be going on until the Queen's 20th anniversary concert (well except for that single), I thought I'd make some predictions lol.

I'm predicting she'll close her 20th anniversary concert with either 'Can You Celebrate?' or 'Never End' but I'm like 90% sure she'll close it with 'Never End' and then start crying like the 2006 performance.

I am also praying for an interlude (pre-encore) montage of her DOMINATING 20 years as the Queen of JPop. I'm not sure if this will happen, because it's not really Namie's Style (Nananana...it's Namie's style...okay sorry), but I have a feeling 'something' will happen for her 20th.

I'm also predicting a SURPRISE reunion of the Super Monkeys, but I can't be sure. It would be absolutely EPIC if they reunited again, especially since it's her 20th. I will probably bawl like a baby when the DVD comes out.

As for the Opening, it's a total shot in the dark here but I'm going to guess that if she opens with an old song it will be either 'Toi et Moi' circa Genius 2000 style, 'Body Feels Exit', or 'Try Me'.

If she opens with a newer song, I'm guessing it will be 'In the Spotlight' since that seems to relate to her anniversary the most right now. It might actually be really cool if they did a long instrumental of the background beat to the chorus of 'In the Spotlight' that was like 2 mins long and then they had her appear from like above the crowd or in the center of the crowd or something. Alright, I'm sorry, I know I'm going crazy, but it's kind of fun to imagine this kind of stuff.

Like for the opening, if they did an instrumental beginning to "In the Spotlight" think of like just the first few seconds of this playing over and over again:

Without that person they wouldn't be able to breathe.

Everyone knows is breathe not sleep.

Maybe she ran out of breath not on purpose or
Maybe she wanted to empathize breath so she acted like she ran out of breath.

Well, to be technical:
I am currently studying linguistics (it's one of my majors), and the sound she makes after "love like you can't' does not sound a voiced bilabial stop (the sound [b]). It sounds more like a voiceless alveolar fricative (the sound [s]). All the sounds I had to analyze last term...ugh.
However, that's thinking more about the situation than necessary. It's still a kick ass song, regardless of what Namie says.

Someone needs to confront Namie about this serious issue with her lyrics. Or spam her facebook page.

Its not like this is the first time the lyrics said something and Namie sang something completely different. In WOWA, the lyrics say " I can read your mind" but she doesnt say 'read', she says something that isn't even in the english language, 'laize' or something like that. It's the Namie effect; half the reason I listen to her is because of the hilarious engrish.

Must be the case.
I find the album to be quite dry, and the ballads to be a snooze fest.
Only songs I like are:
- in the spotlight (semi eternal jam)
- let's go
- fight together

Not a huge fan of the engrish versions of go round/yeah oh. All other songs are meh. But the songs that I like are just fire. Not enough to make me buy the album, though. There WAS a point where I loved about half the songs. That died, however.

But about the marketing: what kind of marketing did they do? All I saw was namie visiting taiwan or something then going to the crub. What about Japanese promotion? Was it just those busses?

I really hope her album reaches 500k :yes
