Saki? OMG! I've been reading the gyaru magazine that she models for for ages! I didn't even know she had a kid, much less with Maro. Was never a big fan of hers, though.

Seems like he was with her after he was separated with RyonRyon, but couldn't shotgun it with Saki 'cause he was still legally married. He did separate from RyonRyon in 2008, and probably knocked Saki up January of 2011.

But, of course that is if all this stuff is true. Because, as long as I've loved Happie Nuts, the magazine Saki models for, which is a magazine that's pretty open about young mothers, I've never once seen anything about her having a kid.

My parents are divorced too. I don't know how it is in other countries, but here in Germany you have actually to live seperated for at least one year before you can file for divorce. But only if both partners agree. For the case one of them doesn't want the divorce you have to live seperated for three years before you can file for divorce.
My parents for example shared a lawyer (they are good friends now) because otherwise it would have been to expensive. And they told the court that they were living seperately for 9 months already so that the divorce could be finalized earlier.

If Maro does have a son whose old enough to comprehend what's going on, I do feel sorry for him if he is watching everything unfold like this. It's bad enough for your parents to get a divorce, but it's another thing for the process to be played out in the media for everyone to see, especially since it's being handled in such a messy way. If, according to Maro's blog, him and his wife just talked about getting a divorce yesterday (how crappy is that that he brought up the divorce while he is in another country with the other woman?), I'm sure this is embarrassing for his wife as well, especially if the magazines got the story about his relationship with Ayu before they discussed getting a divorce. Even if they were separated prior to this, I don't think that any woman would want to deal with this the way it has played out, especially if there is (allegedly) a child involved. Anyways, I hope everything works out for all parties involved for the best although I personally don't have the most positive opinion of Maro due to this situation.

*back to the Twitter subject* Had their relationship been announced before they left for Japan or were they out of the country when the news broke? I'm curious to see how it's going to play out now that they're back in Japan again. Saddened for a possible negative reception, but curious.

Maybe his blog post was referring to the finalization of the divorce and not a discussion of getting one (if this is the case, it might have been a simple error during the translation of his blog post). Hopefully this is the case so all parties can move forward in a more positive direction.

I'm curious about if there is really a child as well. It seems to be speculation (which is why I used words like "if" and "allegedly" regarding a possible child) but I'm unsure if any reliable sources have reported on him having a child or not. I'm sure we'll find out in due time though.

I totally agree with you. It was very hard for me and my sister, but I can't imagine seeing it all over the tabloids. It was hard for people to know at our schools. I lived in a small town in the mountains and everybody knew they acted as if they never heard of a divorce! So that made it hard, but hopefully he is old enough to comprehend.

So you believe the whole story of her and Maro, which includes him being married, cheating on his wife with multiple women and his only child being by a woman he's not married to. If you seriously think a guy like that is perfect for her and she should marry and have a baby with him while he cheats on her with multiple women you have very low qualifications for meeting perfect guy requirements and are basically wishing the same on Ayu that you're believing his ex to be going through right now.

I don't think that many people people believe the tabs, first of all. Second, even if the facts were true, he's married, but has a baby with another woman, we don't know the details. His wife could have cheated, could be verbally abusive. So, one night he gets drunk to ease the pain and has a one night stand with Saki that ends up in a baby. Not saying that's what happened, but there are so many possiblities that don't paint Maro to be a horrible person, and I would like to give him the benefit of the doubt. Also I would like to think that Ayu has enough sense to date a decent man, and if she doesn't her friends would love her enough to tell her that a relationship with Maro would be a bad idea.
