I think that that's why ayu rarely does too meaningful PVs nowadays. Regardless of the execution (which I'm sure the director Muto had a lot to do with regardless ayu's level of control). People just don't get them.
I'm kinda sure they were using props and effects for a reason and they probably had no better way to do it. |

@pom pom: I liked Kasuyoshi's ideas to an extent, at least stuff like Sparkle, but I still don't care for the way that he decided Ayu should look with her over the top ridiculous motions and expressions. Not to mention the way he liked to showcase her in photos. The Dive Goddess Ayu with stupid faces was just not very good. But it seems like she can't work with any director without having these. Everyone was thrilled about Leslie for quite a while because it was such a break from Kazu and his style is well-received. Are those the only pages in the booklet? Because on the last picture it looks like all of the songs with their credits are on one page, without any lyrics accompanying them. I can imagine there's one more page with general album credits but if the photographer didn't bother taking a picture of it, it might be only text against a plain background.
I certainly hope that's not it, but with everything else that's been so different about this release it doesn't seem all that surprising it would be this way. :| I do like these pictures we got though, I only wish the booklet would have more... |

I liked the covers anyway (nothing super special but pretty) but those inside pictures are really awesome!!! I like the styling, although I'm not a fan of that ponytail but it works. |

I have no complaints. Maybe the album cover was simple because there are actually more amazing things to come inside (the upbeat songs, the incredible booklet, nice PVs). Alvin Goh did it great.

OK the album is blah but the booklet!! HOLLY **** O_O GIMME THOSE PICS NOW OMG I WANNA MAKE THINGS WITH THEM, IT'S BEEN SO LONG!!!!! I CANNOT WAIT *thud* I am so glad these are not covers, because imagine that giantic text covering all the flawlesness. However they could have played with the hairstyle a bit more, it kinda looks like a fancier version of that Bazzar photoshoot (fancier because it's not exactly a while background xD)

Her poses remind me of Vogue models lol Alvin bringing it in. It's not my favorite style of posing, but the pictures are really nice.
I really wish she had gone for this style, and given us epic covers. I know it was a long shot, but I really wanted special packaging to get rid of that damn text -_- Quote:

To be honest I don't like the visual polution caused by those billboards. They should just put it on places like Shibuya crossing and not on these traditional japanese buildings. Here in Brazil we have some rules regarding the visual polution.
