I doubt it will be much different fron the a-nation' setlist, but still excited for this, she always lools flawless in this kind of lives. I am really curious for the Universal Japan Live actually, last year she did a good mix of new and older songs :)

Thank you so much! :D

I would be a bit sad if she really decides on the same tracklist like a-nation for the upcoming performances though.

While I do enjoy the songs performed there I think having a bit of change would be nice ~

Gustavopc 3rd September 2015 04:30 PM

If I were her, I'd go for a similar setlist with some changes:

1.UNIVERSE
2.IS THIS TRAP?
3.MONEY IN MY BAG HURRICANE
4.Megumi no Hito BUT
5.BRING IT ON
6.BE MY BABY~LOADED
7.Poppin’love cocktail feat. TEEDA Lick me (Yes, I do miss this song)

I don't know how many songs she's performing tho, I dont recall the usual number

chocopockymaster 3rd September 2015 09:47 PM

Guyyyyyys

72 hours from now we should have the WOML tour!!!

I CANNOT WAIT

I gave up on that thread after the last time I poked my head in, lmao

(but okay, I'll do it when I get home)

Minttulatte 4th September 2015 03:19 PM

^No, don't listen to Delicious_n_Bold. It's IS THIS TRAP? you gotta help to stay alive in that thread. That song is better than Lady Go! :D

DevilsClap 4th September 2015 04:44 PM

^ noooo Lady Go! is such a great song
I'm so shocked most people seem to not even enjoy it ;-;

(I do like IS THIS TRAP? as well, but between those I would choose Lady Go! )

happiholic★ 4th September 2015 05:48 PM

I'm all for Is This Trap over here.

Minttulatte 4th September 2015 06:07 PM

I do love Lady Go! but I personally find IS THIS TRAP? a lot better in every way I can think of. :D

Gustavopc 4th September 2015 06:36 PM

I don't know if that's cause Lady Go! was overperformed/featured in releases but I enjoy listening to IS THIS TRAP? much more. I mean, I won't skip Lady Go! if it comes on my shuffle, but I almost never feel like "oh, I'm gonna play Lady Go! next"

melissalove 4th September 2015 09:25 PM

Is this trap all the way!! :)

Exactly. I didn't listen to it much even when it was released in the first place. IS THIS TRAP? was on repeat for weeks after it was. That's how awesome it is. :yes

jean-baptiste 5th September 2015 01:28 AM

As soon as I saw KO-SO-KO-SO was sure to win I stopped casting my vote. Not too big a fan of that song.

Gustavopc 5th September 2015 01:31 AM

^ Come join us on bringing it down :B NEVER GIVE IT UP

Minttulatte 5th September 2015 01:53 AM

Well, I think there will be a war between KO-SO-KO-SO and Lady Go! after IS THIS TRAP? is out, lol.

pimenta 5th September 2015 01:53 AM

I'm surprised KO-SO-KO-SO-KO is winning by so much. I love that song, but I always thought many people disliked it for some reason... I happy with either Lady go! or KO-SO-KO-SO-KO winning, neither is my favorite summer track, but I really love both.
now if IS THIS TRAP? would just die already

Sometimes I wish Kuu would forget Dreaming Now! isn't a summer track and started performing it on summer festivals... It would be a perfect summer track :(

Minttulatte 5th September 2015 01:59 AM

^I disagree on killing IS THIS TRAP? just yet in that thread but I also agree that Dreaming Now! is better than IS THIS TRAP?. :D Many people say they're similar but in my opinion they aren't really. Although Dreaming Now's lyrics makes less sense than IS THIS TRAP's. :D

kaled kalil 5th September 2015 01:59 AM

Dreaming now is such a great song! The song and the choreography are great.

Can't wait 'til sunday for the WOML Tour, and I hope someone upload the making of as well.

Btw, do any of you guys have an invitation to give to me from Jpopsuki? :(

I was actually not a big fan of Dreaming Now! or IS THIS TRAP? when they were first released. It's actually this past summer that the songs grew on me.

Same for me.
I'm actually surprised you're guys are still voting, there won't change much anymore. :laugh
As the same people are basically voting over and over, that's why KO-SO-KO-SO is so high up. But such games always show just the preferences of the people playing it. :)

Kuu just posted two pics from USJ on Line.

Crazy to make own goods just for one day, even though they're popular.

She sang 7 songs she sang last year on the same show? wow.

I'm really happy that she finally sang EX TAPE, but will we get this?

Corvina 5th September 2015 09:11 AM

She already sang EX TAPE at Tokai Summit and her own a-nation live.
Actually she sang either HURRICANE or EX TAPE at her performances since both were released in late June - except for a-nation, where she excluded them. Don't know why.

melissalove 5th September 2015 09:38 AM

Not loving the set list but hopefully we'll get to see it. :)

Corvina 5th September 2015 10:12 AM

Baidu got updated.
Lippy was part of the setlist as well.

Omfg, there's Lippy, Come Over and girls! And Shallowtail Butterfly? Awesomeeeeh~ I really like this one. Although last year's setlist isn't bad either since it had Someday, Dreaming Now! and Driving in it. *_*

I wonder what her setlist will be like for the Music Station 30th Anniversary Ultra fes. live though. Hopefully it has songs from WOML and also SoL + some old hits like Lollipop. That song is awesomeballs~

Corvina 5th September 2015 11:46 AM

Kuu posted a short video of the Encore on her LINE account, together with a thank you message:

Gustavopc 5th September 2015 12:37 PM

omggg Come Over and Swallowtail Butterfly :dead Lick me and Lippy also, nice! Since it wasn't one of her usual fan driven concerts, I am okay with repetition of songs, cause the additions were really nice <3

DevilsClap 5th September 2015 12:56 PM

Lady Go! :D
Also really happy to see EX TAPE performed again

kaled kalil 5th September 2015 01:28 PM

The setlist was great! Come Over is one of my favorites and so underrated. And Lick me♥, I miss this song too.

About IS THIS TRAP x Lady Go!: I think Lady Go is better because it gives such a great energy, and the performances are always fun. IS THIS TRAP is more on a serious note.

--

At this point all of her performances on Festivals or events are pretty much the same, as much it was during 2006 and 2007 with the same songs over and over again.

2006 (D.D.D. , you, Ningyo Hime)
2007 (Ai no Uta, FREAKY, girls, Koi no Tsubomi)
2008 (Lady Go, Moon Crying, Shake It Up)
...
2014 - 2015 (Poppin' love cocktail [which is so much better than LALALALALA, so I understand], LOADED, BE MY BABY)

What is important is that she is always changing the setlist for the fans, like during Let's Party Vol. 2, Dirty BallRoom, and some songs here and there in festivals, like Come Over, Swallowtail Butterfly, Someday, Driving...

Minttulatte 5th September 2015 11:12 PM

That WOML TOUR pic is so fabulous. I completely forgot her hair had that color during the tour. It looked super cool on her. :D

Plus seeing that helps me to re-create one of my characters for this really troubling story of mine. I'm happy as hell now~ :heart

Gustavopc 5th September 2015 11:13 PM

YAAAAAAAAAS SIS SLAY A LI'L

The editing for this looks infinitely better than the WOWOW editing for Cirque de Minuit (thank god)

I need her to announce a bluray release date, like, yesterday.

kaled kalil 6th September 2015 04:37 PM

@pimenta: Thank you!

^ The editing of Kumi's concerts are quite great, to be honest. The washed colors that bothers me someetimes, like JAPONESQUE and Premium Night.

I'll wait a 720p rip from the concert. 13GBs is just too big to download right now. haha

Yeah I found the color balance and slow-mo in JAPONESQUE to be downright distracting. And the sudden switch in the aspect ratio. :shakehead

I never bothered watching Premium Night because I went to the show on her birthday (with Lee-chan, MissElin, and SunshineSlayer) and afterwards we were like..."well, that was a thing that happened." :laugh I never felt compelled to watch it again lol so I'll take your word for it.

This tour is just so colorful and BRIGHT I hope they do the bluray release justice!

Gustavopc 6th September 2015 04:56 PM

LIFE so GOOD!! was the last song from the main concert iirc from TV reports, I remember her wearing that military jacket over her outfit and there was the towel dancing also

pimenta 6th September 2015 04:57 PM

I'm downloading the file on jpopsuki, but the estimated time for the download is 4h >_<

KuuXAyu-fan 6th September 2015 05:08 PM

I think we may get the tour DVD/Blu-Ray a bit late similar to the JAPONESQUE tour. WOWOW is re-airing everything on October 22nd so we may not hear about the DVD until after that...

oaristos 6th September 2015 06:17 PM

You can keep up with me was SO COOL! :heart :heart :heart

Minttulatte 6th September 2015 10:56 PM

No encore in the TV version? That sucks. I wonder if I should just wait for the actual DVD/Blu-Ray rip then. Yep, I think I'll do that.

//Btw, why is hands so often written as "HANDS" on tracklists these days? I have seen it so often it bothers me.

///So I ended up watching performances for You can keep up wih me, Dance In The Rain and Fake Tongue from Koda Kumi Italian Fanpage on facebook and I was blown away by the epicness of those performances. She really knows how to amaze me. I need to get my shit together and watch all of these concerts I haven't seen yet. There's seven of those. Not that I'm complaining. I used to have these huge Kuu concert marathons quite often in 2008 when I started watching her concerts, haha. :love

Yeah, looks like the interlude movies were cut. I hope this time they include the interlude movies on the main concert on the DVD. Not like for JAPONESQUE tour, were they cut them out to put them on the second DVD seperately. As it's a serious story told in WOML tour, the interlude movies make the concert experience complete!

It's so great watching it again! :heart

jiarongisme 7th September 2015 09:12 AM

WOWOW usually cuts the middle parts of their concert broadcasts. But yeah, from the reviews, I hope they wouldn't do it like JAPONESQUE tour. Although I understand why they did what they did with that DVD cuz it seriously breaks the flow of the concert.

For JAPONESQUE it worked as the interludes were practically comedy brakes. For WOML the interludes are needed, cause of the story of Kuu revisiting who she is and finding herself again. The setlist is more or less parted in theme, not in genres alone. That's why some people think the setlist is messy, I believe. But it works so much better imo than putting ballad after ballad and so on.
Though the interludes were done normally for Bon Voyage tour - so I guess there won't be a problem with WOML tour DVD as well.

Toniayu123 7th September 2015 01:49 PM

^Thanks corvina for the links!!

Gustavopc 7th September 2015 02:10 PM

I am glad the JAPONESQUE Tour interludes were left out of the main disc cause they were really bad imo :( Black Cherry Tour has my favorite movies so far, but let's wait and see this tour's.

About the concert, I am in LOVE with it :heart The stage is mindblowing, I love that city setting they did! Her outfits are all amazing, her voice is onn point (Dance In The Rain omg <3) and the choreos were good also, better than those of BV Tour. Thank God she seems to have abandoned those terrible wigs and outfits for thr ballad sections, the mermaid queen look from 2014 was gorgeous and so were the ones for this year. I am so proud of you, Kuu, thanks for making this concert :heart

kaled kalil 7th September 2015 02:33 PM

I'll watch the concert tonight, I'm so excited!

Since we're talking about the interludes, the only time that the funny interludes worked was on UNIVERSE Tour, since it was a story and stuff like that. With Bon Voyage Tour, the interludes were good again, even tho they looked cheap.

Thanks for the documentary link, Corvina!

Earth_maiden 7th September 2015 03:58 PM

^I can't speak French so I found them a little confusing, but that's just me.

oaristos 7th September 2015 04:04 PM

She nailed PIECE IN THE PUZZLE and Fake Tongue SO MUCH I thought I was going to die. Seriously, this concert is amazing. Her hair and outfits were always on point, her vocals were impressive, and I almost couldn't believe the audience was so into it. I have absolutely nothing to complain about it. A great concert for one of her best albums to date :yes :heart

Spoiler:
And her body is EVERYTHING, damn :luv2

Corvina 7th September 2015 04:35 PM

To mention it: Missing from the broadcast is, apart from all the interludes, Rain(fan selection), HURRICANE and the encore.

KLJames 7th September 2015 04:38 PM

My fav part definitely is House Party + BUT~SHAKE IT UP~D.D.D.!!! That costume so fit her, and is good to see she performing again that BUT extended ver (where she used to perform on various stage during 07'~08'). Her vocals so perfect here....

The stage is fancy enough, but didn't make me like the songs i hate in WOML. Since its sponsor by Mercedes, i thought we will get some new stuff like Toyota i-REAL in FANTASIA, but instead we get an old Mercedes from her grandparents garage. So painful to watch her perform "Lippy" esp when she shake her hair and dance like mess. "Dance In The Rain" is almost perfect but ruined when she start to copy P!nk's "Glitter In The Air" performance. And in "Like It" her voice getting weaker and mostly backup by recorded vocals from album.

I hate the whole rock section, personally i think she handle better in JAPONESQUE tour. Not to mention that horrible jacket & lips colour......

I really enjoyed the concert! No wonder she's the queen of live <3

As I've thought, the live arrangements made me appreciate WOML (the album) a lot more. I just need to replace the original songs with the live versions now (except Mercedes and House Party, I really don't like them)

She looked and sounded great, I loved all the outfits! The stage is also amazing but it felt rather empty because it was just so big! They should've added stairs or something.

Anyway, I loved it!

Maybe it's because I'm totally PMSing, but I'm basically in tears from the tour. Trying real hard not to cry, cause I don't wanna mess up my makeup and freak my boyfriend out lol

chocopockymaster 8th September 2015 02:36 AM

Is there a DL link for the documentary? Tudou hates me :cry

kaled kalil 8th September 2015 03:01 AM

^ I'm working on this. It's so hard to download from this freaking website.

melissalove 8th September 2015 03:15 AM

This tour looks and sounds fabulous, way better than Bon voyage. I love how she's singing different songs on her anniversary tour cause I'm tired of the same songs being sung lately. ;)

ALfromHELLSING 8th September 2015 04:31 AM

Ugh. The link doesn't work for me, I guess I'll try again later or wait for the proper rip.

jiarongisme 8th September 2015 07:04 AM

Does anyone have any idea why Kuu was frustrated to tears during the rehearsal for Fake Tongue in the documentary? I'm so curious. It's my first time seeing Kuu so frustrated that's not... Fake. :laugh

CeReSu 8th September 2015 07:43 AM

Watched the show yesterday and it was fabulous!
Kuu was wonderful, her vocals perfect, I loved her energy, the dance and those moments when she plays piano, guitar wahou!!!!
My favorite perf' was Dance in the rain ♥

YukiUsagi 8th September 2015 07:43 AM

I reuploaded the documentary here:

I was asking myself the same thing. I really want to know why she was so upset

-

I watched most of the tour ( tudou is really terrible for watching longer videos so I wasn't able to finish watching) but so far I loved Dance in the rain the most.
I had to hold back my tears too while watching.
She is just sooo amazing.

Gustavopc 8th September 2015 12:22 PM

The tour mad eme remember how awesome Shake It Up is :heart I love that song but it had been a long time since I gave it some attention

And thanks for sharing YukiUsagi! Hopefully I'll still be able to watch it when I get home :)

Also, has someone ripped the concert audio? :D

Not too sure. Maybe she couldn't get the electric guitar part right? My first time seeing Kuu looked so frustrated as well. :o

Lee^ChaN 8th September 2015 02:15 PM

PMS? :P

If I didn't misheard, the staff brought her the new finger pick for guitar but she couldn't get use to it and she exploded. But she mentioned she probably had lost the old one herself.

Luck16 8th September 2015 02:25 PM

She looked so pissed and frustrated it was almost painful to watch
I had never seen her like that. Sometimes we forget our idols are just like us, human beings.

Corvina 8th September 2015 02:29 PM

Alright, I'm sick in bed today and as it's so boring I've read through Kuu's FC magazines.
As there are pretty much all setlists she's done over time listed, I thought I gonna list some for here as well.
Starting with a-nation as people are always so curious about her old setlists.
Gonna put internet links for her old ones for confirmation as other source as her FC mags start with 2006.

Btw, it's always the final show, the show that was recorded. The setlists varied a bit in between the different stadium dates (e.g. for Osaka and Nagoya in 2009 misono joined Kuu for It's all Love! and in 2008 Tohoshinki joined Kuu for LAST ANGEL in Osaka).

So here are all of Kuu's a-nation setlists till now:

Ah man, if you guys quote my post, you will see all of it, don't know how to solve it.

kaled kalil 8th September 2015 02:41 PM

Yeah, just added them, I was too slow, haha.
But my source for 2002 just lists 3 songs.
Can you tell me where did you get your setlist from?
For 2004 we have the same.

Gustavopc 8th September 2015 02:49 PM

I didnt recall she performed Ningyo hime and Yume no uta at a-nation 09 :dead Did we get to see these performances? I only remember seeing Lick me and ECSTASY

Corvina 8th September 2015 03:06 PM

AH, sorry, it was Ai no Uta, not Yume no Uta!
Ok, I should double check, cause I'm ill. :dead
Guess I'll do a pic as source for every setlist.
Here a shot from the FC mag for 2009:
http://imagizer.imageshack.us/v2/640...911/v89c5o.jpg
Just let me add them.

As far as I know we only got Lick me and ECSTASY as performance.

Gustavopc 8th September 2015 03:19 PM

Oh, Ai no uta. Didn't recall it either but this one is not interesting to me :laugh I remember het outfit for Hashire! tho, like te PV one, wish we could have seen it.

Anyway, hope you get well soon, Corvina, and thanks for putting this info up!

kaled kalil 8th September 2015 03:43 PM

@Corvina It was on a website with a lot of old reports from Kumi, I think it was KUMICHO or something like that.

The website is offline right now, sadly. I got with some reports about old lives, like:

Emotional Beat Live in TOKYO (2001)

http://i.imgur.com/8gBRdJS.jpg
avex J-POP 2001 Final Live (2001)

And one Premium Live that she did on 2002 where she sang almost all the affection songs.

--

I have footage of Hashire's performance on a-nation'09 as well.

Corvina 8th September 2015 03:57 PM

This is interesting, thanks kaled.
Sad it's down. I'm always searching for a reliable Kuu source, especially for her older stuff.
It's also a pity there isn't one Kuu info site, with all info from her collected, just like it is here on AHS or Eneabba with Ayu.

Ah, and thanks, Gustavopc! It's just a cold, should be over soon.
