The Fighter versions of the covers look pretty horrible. She's airbrushed as hell and that make up doesn't really do her much favour.
The Dear Diary one is nice though. Also don't like the longt preview of Fighter much. If all of those singles we got are on a new album, I will be totally split with songs I love and songs I dislike. |

Fighter sounds like something deleted from _genic. It's not terrible, but I can see myself listening to it for a while and then quickly getting bored of it. Also, the Death Note covers are a little weird but I really like the other one.

Anyway, not the biggest fan of the covers and, to be honest, I'm trying to figure out why they have a ballad as an opening for the drama when Death Note, to me, is not necessarily ballad-song needing. I think it needs more powerful songs; thus, Fighter. (Which Imma dance to until my legs break, I can already tell. I'm still rocking to Chit-Chat and Black Makeup.) But with that, an 88 date tour, shoots, interviews, and now she's doing that Christmas thing? Holy Mac and Cheese this girl is spoilllliiinnnngggggg mmmmeeeeeee. |
I looove the fonts they've used for the song titles on the covers - especially the font for "Fighter". :heart But ultimately, my favorite cover is the CD only - Namie, the queen of sunset backdrops! :luv2 Simply beautiful.

Besides radio rips do not necessary do justice to the eventual CD studio versions of songs Maybe the videos for Dear Diary & Fighter might double up or double down opinions further I don't know |
Its an okay song...but the type of song I usually enjoy less of her: harder hitting in terms of beats and on the verge to rock (like Damge)

There's something about "Fighter" that reminds me of "Supernatural Love" but the verses seem more scattered. I think the chorus will sound boss in hq.
