Which Real Face to people prefer? Single or album?

I prefer the album version... I like the arrangement better I think...

during karaoke, i sing the single version. it's so much fun, though i always fail at Koki's rap because i can't read fast yet, LOL! but i like the album version also (it's mellower. sounds more like j-rock!)

when "Real Face" leaked, it actually took me a while to get used to the single arrangement. :P

I actually like both since the genius that's of B'z Tak Matsumoto composed it :D

but I go with single version if I really have to choose :yes

Hmm hard one. They are pretty diffrent. But If I really have to choose I think I like the album version a bit more. ^__^

Cartoon KAT-TUN is now officially over and done with. I really hope KAT-TUN get another show. It would be unfair if they didn't, but we all know that it's usually like this. Goodbye Cartoon KAT-TUN. :(

Some sources all claim the same thing: KAT-TUN are having an Asia Tour and Jin is not going to attend some concerts because he has solo gigs in the U.S. L.A., to be specific. Way to go. Why doesn't he just leave them for real. I mean what IS this? Does the Jimusho want to destroy KAT-TUN? I just don't get it. And I feel sorry for the Asian fans. I'm getting really angry if this is true.

EDIT: It seems like it's really true, since TV Stations are also reporting it and it was in the paper. I honestly don't know what to do or what to think. I want to support KAT-TUN but all of this makes me so angry. I wish them success and all and I know the KT-TUN are not at fault but the management or whoever, but deep in my heart I think that Jin is at fault and I cannot really forgive him for that. I mean tour L.A., the U.S., wherever if you want but NOT when KT-TUN are touring at the same time. It makes him look incredibly selfish and like he doesn't care about his group at all, and as if he only uses them when it's convienient for him.

look. this is all i will say. i am indeed happy for Jin. and i'm happy for KT-TUN. they are both working towards an overseas expansion. IF JIN WANTED TO LEAVE KAT-TUN. For people in L.A. it might be cool, Asian Fans are surely disappointed. I mean they are doing an Asian tour without him, it's not so much the concerts in Japan, they did that before that's true. Now I had a night to think it over I just decided not to care for the whole of KAT-TUN that much anymore. Just listen to the music they release and not follow the rest (except dramas the members are in) It just makes me sad, and a band should never invoke that feeling....it's time to leave the fandom probably. Just focus on Ayu ;) Sorry if that sounded depressed, but for me these are bad news.

i'm taking the positive route. (you see, i'm trying to be *uplifting* like my idol Apolo Ohno tells his fans to be. but anyway....LOL)

another opinion from me: while this is not the most ideal situation, i think it's great all members are doing something. i don't want KT-TUN to sit around and do nothing, while Jin goes to LA to pursue his dream. they're exploring new things, while Jin is doing the same. (& heck, i'm ALL GOOD FOR MORE STUDY ABROAD JOKES.) i think this Asia Tour is good for the boys.

& KT-TUN might even perform in Hawaii (SO JEALOUS RN)!! they're expanding to the United States too.

i honestly could be all pessimistic, but i can't. because i know even if this is the way, they're doing things other Johnny's don't do regularly. i never in a million years thought they would come over HERE. IN MY HOMELAND. i've been thinking all this time i have to go to Japan to meet them or go to their concerts. i can't complain.

i'm just so excited!! i'm just sad the fandom doesn't see things with me. but i don't expect them to, lol.

well I'm not in the Johnny's fandom that much anymore . I honestly can say that I mainly just follow their music releases & I more or less have lost touch on what goes on in each band other than music

but I do see where you're coming from & I really can imagine how much backlash Akanishi & let alone Johnny-san might be getting when this piece of news was revealed

For me , I more or less have lost hope that a Johnny's band might come to my country to perform ;___; but after reading that they're going to conquer nearby countries around/near my area , my hopes began to increase in a way or 2

Do you honestly believe that this is all of Jin's doing? Cause I don't. Jin has been given an amazing opportunity to tour in the United States, something that might not happen again. I see this as a great way for KAT-TUN to get their name exposed to the US which is not a bad thing, even if it is only a Jin concert.

Yeah I feel like that if he wanted to leave KAT-TUN he would have done so for along time ago. Also Johnny would probably stop Jin from going if he thought it was a really bad idea. Instead they are planning this two divided tours instead. I will choose to support Jin in this, even if I will be kind of sad not to see him in this tour. But me and my friend are going to the japan leg of the tour anyway. She's in love with Kame anyway ans feels that Akanishi is kind of creepy looking so she won't mind. Lol. Yeah I did'nt care that much for Nakamaru or Ueda in the beginning, they didnt stand out that much. But after looking at some concerts and cartoon I fell in love with them. Ueda was just sooo freakin' cute after playing the piano in the latest tour and Nakamaru is just really funny. Always having to pull of with everyones jokes and keeping the group together. Naaaawh! :D

Btw, is there any info yet when the tickets for the japan leg is coming out for sale?

like I said before , Ueda was the 1st guy in the group that caught my attention & I still like him even up to now :D

My younger sister said before that she never expect Nakamaru to be such a really good singer & she was so shocked & impressed after hearing SMACK

I frankly think both Ueda & Nakamaru are really wonderful/talented & Ueda's singing/composing skills is something I super respect in him & Ueda's a slient sadistic person which's awesome 8D

I'm at a point where I don't care anymore if Jin is at fault or if he doesn't want to leave. I'm not a Jin basher, I'm not his biggest fan but I don't hate him either.

Like someone posted earlier the good side is that we get to hear the others sing much more, much more focus on them on the Asia Tour. Though now Kiss-my-feet 2 are joining them as an official act now. Not to sure about this, because it seems like they will take over half of the show and not only 2 or 3 songs like before. But maybe that also means we get new dramas or something to look forward to from the KT-TUN (damn it I still don't know if I should write KAT-TUN or KT-TUN)

And since he obviously counts as a solo act now, too, maybe we (preferably a Jin fan) should create his own thread? They are probably a few Americans that like to check him out and are not interested in all the hysterical writings the fans do in the KAT-TUN thread (I'm obviously referring to my own posts here)

Are you in the fanclub? Because I heard it's extremely hard to get tickets for Johnnys concert if you're not. But maybe without the Akanishi-factor it'll be easier? Who knows.

I'm kind of disappointed that KAT-TUN isn't touring together this summer but am going to go see KT-TUN because they're still my favorite JE group. This feels like a repeat of what happened with the 2007 tour so I think I have my hopes up about Jin joining them halfway.

Considering the ballot due dates aren't until 4/7, 4/16, and 4/30 respectively, public sale won't go on until after the results for those tickets come out. But as Mai82Go said, it's hard to get first-hand tix if you're not FC but second-hand tix are fairly easy to find.

I also have kame... I thinkt hey are real... Jin twited about the LA concert 2 days ago sayign he has been busy preparing it (costumes and all)

LOS ANGELES, CA - United Television Broadcasting (UTB) announces the American debut of Japanese superstar performer Jin Akanishi at Club Nokia LA Live on June 19th and 20th. Akanishi, a lead vocalist of the J-pop superband KAT-TUN, will perform a variety of songs in his native Japanese and in English. The You and Jin Tour's two-night stand in downtown Los Angeles consists of three shows featuring a Vegas-style production, with big screen live simulcasts, arena-lighting and lasers, back-up dancers and chorus in the 2,300 seat venue.

Akanishi is a lead vocalist for the renowned Japanese pop group KAT-TUN, which has tallied 14 consecutive chart-toppers and sold 5.2 million CDs. On April 4, 2009, tickets went on sale for KAT-TUN's eight consecutive shows at Japan's largest venue, the Tokyo Dome, along with follow up shows in Osaka and again in Tokyo. All 440,000 seats sold out that day.

Akanishi performed 32 shows of You and Jin from February 7th to February 28th, in Tokyo at the Nissei Theater. The event is the brainchild of Johnny Kitagawa, President of Japan's top talent agency Johnny & Associates, Inc. “I wanted to try an American style performance in Japan, with some of our greatest talent,” said Kitagawa. The success of the show encouraged Kitagawa to expand the tour outside of Japan, starting in Los Angeles.

“I'm thrilled to bring this show to my fans in the U.S. I believe we will broaden our fan base and reach by performing Japanese and English songs that appeal to a wider audience. We have worked hard to produce a high-quality, high-energy, visually stimulating show and I am certain our American fans will enjoy every minute of it,” offered Akanishi.

i'm already over all the fandom drama with the tours. i'm happy for everyone and i'll support all six members, even though i'm probably seeing only one of them. if anyone were to expand here in the States, i'm glad it's Akanishi/KAT-TUN. :)

in Break the Records DVD, after Taguchi's solo song, well, at the end, Jin appears and sings some part of it, after that all goes black and starts another group song... It's strange because Jin appears with some clothes and in the next group solo song after Taguchi he's wearing a different costume...

there's some sources, fans or whatever that listed another solo song of Jin in the concert? Maybe he sang sth after taguchi but didn't put it on the DVD??

i saw Lady Gaga at NOKIA Theatre L.A. LIVE, which is a bigger venue than CLUB NOKIA. CLUB NOKIA is only like...2,300 seats or so. but it is in the same general area, the L.A. LIVE complex at Downtown Los Angeles (Staples Center is the biggest of the venues).

it's a really nice area, if anyone's going. i assure you it's in one of the better places of Los Angeles. :)

Karen;; yeah, it will take me about an hour to get there via driving. but L.A. is notorious for traffic, so i have to plan accordingly. haha.

walking.proud;; haha, i noticed that as well! they've cut out a lot of what they have done in the concert (such as the member's corner, which changed everyday they performed at Tokyo Dome) so it could have been from one of those sections.

^ "I don't miss U" and "Answer" have been performed before, but not before debut. "I don't miss U" was used during DREAM BOYS when Koki performed. "Answer", i believe, was performed during Nakamaru's stageplay.

I also don't think it's too soon. KAT-TUN have a weird release pattern. Like One Drop and RESCUE, then nothing for a whole year and then Love yourself. I prefer it like this ( 3 to 4 months gaps) but unfortunately I think this means they will not release an album soon. Maybe in Winter or next year.

Some sources say Jin is not involved in the 12th single. If this is true it would make sense, kind of like Bokura no machi de.

KAT-TUN's release pattern goes by something like spring singles & an album, TOUR, hiatus, fall/winter release. this year might different though with everything going on right now.

who knows if Jin is in the new single....we'll see. though, i assume that its already recorded, so there's a high possibility he's in there & for the tour, the other guys will take over his lines like they did when Jin studied abroad. i'm ready for the release, i just hate the drama surrounded it by the fans (...i've been ignoring pretty much all comments on KT on LJ)

Karen;; haha. i've been around the JE fandom too much to know when to just...ignore things. if JE says they're not breaking up, then okay, i believe it. KAT-TUN brings in the most drama about group dynamics because they're just so different individually & as a group too. Jin is probably the most un-idol-like idol in JE right now. and i think people just need to tone it down a notch. people want to compare how KAT-TUN is like to Arashi or NEWS, but to be frank, KAT-TUN is KAT-TUN. and i like it that way. ;)

anyway, i suppose "Going!" will be my way of supporting the other 5. :) if i can't come to the concerts, then i'll just buy their stuff. :laugh

LOL. my reaction to this is very different than from 2006-2007, when Jin first left...i was an emotional wreck at 16. :laugh but i've also learned lots about the guys since then. those who are freaking out over this...don't know much about Jin. or the group, imo. it's unfortunate that things happen the way, but i've learned since following these guys, they are very unpredictable...they do things they want to do...and sometimes the timing is bad, ahaha. :P

but yeah, i'll try my best to go to Jin's solo con. i think my friend is going to all 3. and she wants at LEAST ONE $150 ticket. D: i think i'll just get one cheap ticket. LMFAO.

Ueda Tatsuya, member of japanese idol group KAT-TUN, was spotted going on a date with Kobayashi Ryoko by the latest edition of the magazine FRIDAY. Kobayashi Ryoko is a member of the cast in Kamenashi Kazuya's latest drama "Yamato Nadeshiko Shichi Henge".

The report states that both of them have met during the stageplay "Romeo & Juliet" last spring, and ended up really falling in love with each other. The couple even held each other's hands during interviews, and at that time the media have been in doubt about their relationship already. Not surprised, their relationship is growing steadily these days.

Funny enough, some fangirls of Ueda commented online that they're relieved that Ueda actually likes girls etc etc since there's been a mystery about his sexual orientation due to Ueda's neutral image.
