I've listened to the preview a couple more times since I've gotten home from school and I just wanted to say I'm loving this song! It really reminds me of an updated INSPIRE so far. (Which is making me more hopeful about this album, indeed! :D)

Mmm ... the song sounds different. It has this exotic kind of vibe to it, yet it's really mild in composition. Not that bad though, but could be better.

The CM is kind of all over the place? There's no central theme to anchor it.

True. It's like: "Hey, I'm in my concert outfit with some cardboard trees in the background... and I'm taking some video of my doggies in a basket. Oh yeah, and it's snowing too. Now we're watching TV." But she looks good, and that's all that matters in a CM for the most part... I think.

One of her best LUMIX CMs after the gorgeous Because of You train sequence in 2003 is the Ladies Night runway one, haha. There was barely anything else going on, but dang she looked awesome. I do prefer when there's an actual concept behind the CM though.

I loved the Because of You Train CM, definitely one of her best (cos she looked so damn good :P)

I think this song is easier to get stuck in people's heads than Microphone, which I still have a hard time recalling...sometimes I even have to start from "the power of dreams"..well, this can be good or bad hahha...that Don't Look back has a simple melody, and Microphone is just unique.

We will probably get the announcement on next week's Thurstday or Friday (if avex keeps those days tradition as they did since MY STORY) and it will probably be released on 31st March if so. It will be too late for the 24th (and tohoshinki has a remix album there, even though remix albums aren't good sellers tohoshinki's late success can make a difference).

I think that the fact that Don't look back has a CM tie-up is enough of a clue to tell us that it'll be getting a PV.

I don't think any album tracks in recent memory that got a CM deal ended up not having PVs... at least after Memorial address.

I hope that Don't look back ends up like ourselves. In the CM for ourselves, the part they show is the "gyutto shite mitari blahblah" parts... So I hope for Don't look back, the part we hear is like an intro/outro part and not the actual chorus. To me it just doesn't feel exciting enough to be the chorus. :(
