It's 蔡依林同名专辑VOGUE" ("Jolin, let's VOGUE") or "VOGUE" (surely the english title).
But he didn't confirmed the release date, he just said "early August".

15 tracks it's a lot for a Jolin album o_O But it would be nice if it was true!

Anyway, since the release date is for sure in early August, I think preorders should begin in a week or 2...
