I'm not sure exactly, but I think they differ a bit from venue to venue. I think all of them use the A-block, B-block, etc. system though, with A being the closest to the stage. I'd do some research.

I was planning to just hit up a reseller shop when I get there, is this a safe bet to get some decent tickets?

I wish Misa-chan was doing the ticket purchasing thing for 2011!

MissElin_ 24th January 2011 02:15 PM

Yes. They have maps of all the arenas so you can fast figure out how "good" the tickets seating are. BUT, it,s very pricey with good seats. It's safe, but pricey.

Tony G 24th January 2011 02:40 PM

I don't mind, going to buy the best seat I can! Since I'll attend both shows, I'll probably get one awesome ticket and one that's a bit further away.

I find this confusing sometimes..so there are no standing/general admission tickets in Yoyogi?

inspire_rmx 24th January 2011 03:13 PM

Anyone planning to go to the Osaka stops 23 or 24 Apr? any idea what's the best way to get tickets. tried yahoo japan auction back in 2008 but i guess its not available any longer rite

No GA tickets at Ayu's concerts...ever.

Everyone should keep in mind that given CDL's stage layout, it's highly likely that the stage layout will be similar to that, which will in turn affect the seating chart at all the venues.

That said, I'm going to the last 2 shows at Yoyogi, more if I can swing it, with my lovely lady friends. ;)

MissElin_ 24th January 2011 09:34 PM

^True, the whole MC from CDL was about the new stage, if the audience liked it, how awesome it was and such. Kind of big hints for me.

And yes darling!~ We'll better make it work out for us! :heart The three Ayu fan musketeers shall be a unit once again!

Ayumi27 24th January 2011 09:58 PM

I'll try to go to the Nagoya concerts in July

Didn't think so.

Everyone close to the stage on the floor seems to be standing at Ayu concerts anyway.

And you can bet that those are the tickets that go for 100,000 yen or more at reseller shops. :tired

Best bet is to wait for the first shows at Saitama, get to know how the stage for this tour will be like first. I'm placing my bets on a stage similar to last CDL's centre stage. So if that's the case, the best seats in the house will be those in the middle of the arena, instead of the front. ;)

I'm sorta slow, but I just realized last night that we are truly international. America, Europe and Asia unite!! :D

rikku411 25th January 2011 11:14 AM

More people should come in April to Saitama! :yes :P

Not necessarily true, haha. At AT09I ended up paying 6000yen (compared to normal price of 7500yen for tickets back at AT09) for floor tickets next to the middle stage, and I've always seen those at skyrocket prices online. I also got those tickets on the day of the show, so of course they were probably trying to get rid of them by that point XD Then again, for the concert the day before, my friend bought tickets two days before that, and it was in the section on the first level up right next to the end of the stage, and my ticket was 15000yen.

With retail shops, it's more or less a gambling game (as it is online, but those are always way more expensive). The earlier you buy them, the more expensive they usually are. It's like the American service Stubhub - prices usually go down the closer the concert is.

MissElin_ 26th January 2011 03:56 PM

It also depends alot on what date you try to go to. CDL is always superhard to get cheap tickets for. Like CDL09-10 I went by the shops 1 hours before the concert would start and the ticket (30th, stand, 1st floor) still went for like 40'000 yen... They did not want to push down the price and I have talked them into giving me cheap tickets before so. ;)

Also, to get cheap tickets is kind of a game. I was planing to attent to a Namie concert and saw loads of tickets all week long and the day of the concert I went down and suddenly they all was sold out. So it's sometimes a bit risky.

Tickets will be there, you can choose your seats, but it will be pricey. If you don't want to try your luck and buy a cheap ticket right before the show starts will say.

Still thinking about going. Is there a slight chance that she will make it Asia Tour this year? I sent ayu a message via TeamAyu. Really want to see her in my country!
