Although I should stick to regular CD+3DVD and then get PoM blu ray. But those goods are tempting me. I wonder what they will be. I hope not another fluffy bag :laugh.

exactly! the thought of that stupid fluffy bag helped me resist this time. :yes

I hope PVs from Masashi Muto are good in this album. This guy directed a music video for David Guetta last year.

no...only a bluray for POM. :(

i wonder why they chose to not release a bluray for CDL...?

miki_beland 1st February 2012 06:41 PM

^ last CDL didnt sell too much... i think that's why they put it together with the album, so it gets more sales

truehappiness 1st February 2012 06:46 PM

I think it's more because of HOTEL Love songs being the arena tour this time around as well. Sucks that we don't get a Blu-ray but eh, lol.

Yeah, Masashi Muto did Commander.

TeamAyu2004 1st February 2012 06:49 PM

^ I think they will re-release it later this year in blu-ray!

I am probably going to either get the CD+3DVD and PoM on the side or the CD+3DVD+Blu-ray. Not sure though since the box's goods have not been revealed yet and the box sold out at CDJ while I was preordering. I usually just get the set that has everything since I'm going to get it anyway but if they don't get any more of the boxes in at CDJ, I'll probably just order them separately.

*shrug* i know enough that the songs are pretty much the same and if there's some mix up then hey, that really sucks and i'm sorry, but until more information comes out (doubtful that it will) i'll remain a bit "eh" about tasuku.

and i'm too poor to get any of this =c I intend to rack up a nice collection of ayu things once i'm studying in japan, though...

TeamAyu2004 1st February 2012 07:01 PM

^ Whats up with tsauku?

So many post! lol I most likely missed it.

i doubt its his fault. there's another interlude (i forget which), but it sounds exactly the same as a song by Hande Yener. i also heard this exact same tune in another song once.

i kind of suspect there is some place where composers pay for samples or something to work into their songs. i have no idea how all that kind of stuff works, but i don't think anyone is copying off anyone else.

at least i hope not!

Bad Wolf 1st February 2012 07:02 PM

no worries bb, it's just some leftover mini-drama from the secret era~ :3 but now that i think about it, he has some pretty interludes on other albums. pity he just phoned in that one.

^whatever the reason is, it's still crappy for everyone involved lol i'm pretty sure there IS a source of music where people can get samples and use it in their own work. i've definitely heard repeated samples in video game soundtracks, for example. and if i weren't so lazy i'd just go look up to see if those hoobastank blokes compose their own music -- but that requires me to give a damn about them. alas.

ohsixthirty 1st February 2012 07:05 PM

^LOL :yes

my only problem with tasuku is that he has to work his name into like EVERY SINGLE INTERLUDE. and clearly, they just get crazier and crazier sounding titles.

truehappiness 1st February 2012 07:07 PM

Well, people are also iffy about tasuku because tasking also sounded like it was lifted from a Granado Espada BGM BUT the thought being that is that it's likely that there's a sample bank that they both used. I wonder what tasuku would say if we asked him about it since he's available via Twitter.

It makes it obvious which track is the interlude though, which is nice. I wonder how the tradition started way back when, lol.

Luja. 1st February 2012 07:09 PM

I am really excited for this release, it sounds like a lot of catchy and dancey tracks (even though - of course - you can never know with ayu).
"Eyes, Smoke, Magic" is my favorite title:heart
Thanks for the neat first post, truehappiness!

Coelacanth 1st February 2012 07:15 PM

I don't even care, tasuku has done incredible work with Ayu. Heartplace, Will, HANABI~ep.II~, Memorial address, About You, July 1st...

truehappiness 1st February 2012 07:17 PM

Yeah, his arrangements are so amazing but he rarely ever composes for Ayu. I wonder if it's just because he's more comfortable arranging unlike Yuta. (His only song composition for Ayu is fairyland)

Coelacanth 1st February 2012 07:21 PM

I wonder if fairyland originally started as a standard tasuku interlude and was changed into a full song, much like until that Day...

I thought Ayumi wrote all those? Or did he and she co-write them together?

Mari-chan 1st February 2012 07:32 PM

Do I understand it right, and "How beautiful you are" will be a Digital Single? I didn't read about it somewhere. (°_°)
