Idk but that's probably cause Kuu herself treats it differently... Kuu sees music and performing as her work. One she luckily has a lot of passion and love for, but her work. She sometimes even calls it her job when she talks about it.
Ayu on the other e.g. I've always seen talking about it as her passion, the only thing she really can imagine doing, cause that's who she is. I get the feeling she's more treating it like a steady part of her life, that will never end.
The approach is different, just like their reasons to sing in the first place, so I guess their teams are different as well. I'm in awe sometimes how Ayu doesn't seem be affected by any of it too much nowadays, would love to have a bit of that. :laugh
Kuu on the other hand does, e.g. her stage fright seems to have gotten worse in recent years.

I love W FACE, but visually is one of the worst. To me it's clear that the budget was for a smaller number of videos and she wanted to more with it, but sometimes less is more. Even her lip sync is off for some songs, it looked like she didn't know Ultraviolet's lyrics when shooting the video.

I only like Ultraviolet (but that's not saying much) and maybe Promise you, the rest I don't care. Even Winner Girls, which is in my top 3 from W FACE, screams low budge, and the choreo is actually good.

Man, W face outside might be my favorite album from her. It’s just flawless. Can’t believe it’s been 3 years already. I need more of the bossy Kuu this year.

1-setting-videos were her concept for W FACE as one way of challenging herself with something new, illustrating different aspects of her.
She spoke about it in interviews in 2017.

I still love Ultraviolet.
Her styling, the choreography, the colorful effects - it certainly works for me.
Wicked Girls does, too, but it's easier with dance PVs.

Kuu got some positive online news coverage again like here on Yahoo - describing her way of becoming big, then dwindling and in recent times getting more popular again, being able to change people's perception of her and receiving less "bashing".
They also say we should have an eye on her, cause she might make it again.
I personally don't believe that, it's also not necessary, but nevertheless nice to see such articles.

The best PV from that album is undoubtedly "W FACE", which wasn't released on the CD+DVD version. Was it released elsewhere ?

It was limited for those fans who bought W face during the tour on the stands... I recieved a CD without a cover there is a W face music video written...

It was a tour video like Love goes like... and now STRIP/SHUTOUT/GET NAKED.
Usually those are released with the tour DVD, but as they gave it out as an extra at the tour stands, they didn't include it in the tour release.

I personally prefer a good dance video to a video where she just looks nice practically doing nothing.
Which is the reason I didn't get it when I attended the tour.
It does work well as a tour video with its meaning tho.

Someone else found a video on YouTube a couple of days ago of these 3 guys playing this game about Ayu. Tho this one is about Ku.

One guy would give a keyword related to an Ku song and he would sing 3 different songs and the other guys have to guess which one is a fake Ku song. It's kinda of funny lol

The one with Koda is so much better, the way he sang Piece in the puzzle and V.I.P made my day xD

A pity W FACE video wasn't uploaded wish we could get it in HD. Makes me wonder if they'll upload Love goes like :/
