defenetly female singers... the only male singer I listen to is Ken Hirai n some korean singers, but I love the most female artists Ayumi, Hikaru, Lee Soo Young... and many more

Prefer females cause almost every asian language uses a "light" tone in their speaking so it wouldn´t work so well when there stands a male singer singing a "light-toned" song :P But it seems that the cantonese got no problem with this ;)

Male singers all the way, there's only a few female singers that i really like the sound of, Shiina Ringo, Ayumi, Hikki, I just prefer Male sounding voices, Gackt, hide, HYDE, Miyavi, Daishi (PLC), Isshi (Kagrra), Kirito (PIERROT), Kyo (Dir en grey) just to put a few down, lol. XD
