It makes sense... Its just very perverse...

I want your baby.... meaning I want my baby to be yours...

Carrie 13th March 2004 03:24 AM

True it makes sense technically . . . I just generally don't hear songs from her . . . that go in that direction o.0

Engrish gives me major LULZZZZZZZZ.

"Can I'm Satisfied?" for example. BoA amazes me. :love

I'm gonna say no...why? I don't really know...sometimes it just bothers me because it's too common. I like the Japanese language and I listen to J-music for that purpose. Plus, it can be a little awkward at times (not to be mean). There are rare occassions when it sounds just a teensy bit cute.

letthemeatcake 30th March 2008 05:26 PM

there are times i love the engrish, even if you can't understand it. it's adorable. like YUI's "It's happy line"! but there are other times like i hate it!

Neo Daydream 30th March 2008 05:37 PM

Hanabi_surreal 31st March 2008 11:57 PM

well... it depends... only if is a fuuny song, or if the "engrish" don't sound stupid in the song 9_9

Uemarasan 1st April 2008 04:24 AM

You know, reading the English-language forums online, I really really think that "Engrish" is the future of English.

LOLz? Teh? Oh hai? Suxxor? Sequal?

It all sounds like Engrish to me!

Anyway, I don't mind "Engrish", because it's English as spoken by a non-native speaker. Forgiveable. What I find disappointing and ugly is when native speakers of English don't even know how to use their own language properly.

Doesn't it mean she wants someone else's boyfriend, someone else's "baby", "honey pie" "darling"...?

Why is it always about xes around here? :P

ayumixfan 1st April 2008 05:29 AM

LOL I love it when asian singers sing with disgusting english. ITS THE BEST !!! U guys should hear Ai Otsuka Life Love circle. I didn't even know it was english until I read the lyrics LOL but I love the song <3 AND Ai <3

kayokyokufan 1st April 2008 07:19 PM

Sometimes I'm okay with it and sometimes it's confusing. I usually let it slide, but there are times where I am just completely befuddled.

Jwiz 10th April 2008 03:04 AM

No, i think it's quite a disgrace. If you're not good in english, you'll need to improve it before using it in songs etc.
