The only American artist I used to listen to a lot would be the one and only Britney Spears. Yes, I was a big big big fan. Until her "In The Zone" and "Greatest Hits" albums. "Do Somethin'" was simply horrible. But that "Someday" video? Flawless. I kinda fell all over for her again, but I'm not that much into her anymore. Not as much as I used to be. Now, we shall just let her breathe, take a break, have her baby and enjoy motherhood with her husband. She really needs a break.

I've never really liked other singer except for Jennifer Lopez or Mariah Carey. I seem to like whoever people hate don't I? LOL! I like a few songs from a few artists. Like Xtina, Linkin Park, Lindsay Lohan and others. But I'm no fan. At all. I like a little bit of everything. But I hate everything R&B, Hip-Hop, Reggea, and Rap. Yeah, and today, that's all we can freaking hear in the radio and on TV. Ridiculous.

almost everyone here thinks that american pop music is terrible, when if you think about it, liking ayu is the equivalent in japan to being a britney spears fan in the US.

saying that all american pop music is garbage is lame, there's a whole bunch of crappy japanese pop songs as well. you're not rebeling by only listening to asian music.

My favourite American singer.... hmm.... at teh moment I guess that would be Jack Johnson. I also love Hilary Duff and Michelle Branch. Most of the music I listen to now that I think about it is British, Robbie Williams and Sterophonics and Oasis and such...

The only American music that I don't find completey terrible is the Postal Service and maybe Mae, they're ok I guess, I just like the pictures in their lyric booklet. :P
