"No one knows tomorrow That is darkness" Nobody knows what tommorow will bring. Happiness, saddness. It's all unkown. This lack of knowlede leaves you totally unprepared. Leave you blind. That is true darkness. More than just the light going out. Heading blindly into the future. And thankd for the wonderful translation, Masa! I love abtract lyrics. =^.^= |
thx a lot for the translation
|
Thanks to Masa and Delirium-ZerO. :)
The lyrics are really something to think about. |
The official lyrics is out and I found my supposition was right. "Otozuru" "naki" "kanashiki" are the old forms of "otozureru" "nai" "kanashii". I think she used these old forms intentionally to add some classical taste to this song.
One question. "May my wavering heart be tall and proud" is a natural sentence? |
Perhaps this way:
My wavering heart, be tall and proud. But I'm not sure either... I don't know much about the use of commas in English... :innocent |

Thank you. I change arrangement according to the original lyrics.
How many times can we notice a turning point In the course of our journeys? How much can we choose What the inner voice leads us to? * No one knows the tomorrow that is darkness I hold out my hand with all my might and swear next to you ** Hira hira hira hira, Like falling flower petals Yura yura, May my wavering heart be tall and proud What is sad is To lose sight of myself for the sake of myself I believe in the scenery no one has ever seen And wish next to you, staying in that place that doesn't exist *** Kira kira kira kira, Like strong sunshine Kura kura, Emit a light so dazzlingly * (repeat) ** (repeat) *** (repeat) |
thanks masa, i love the lyrics

Hanabira chiru you ni = 花瓣散る好うに
Too much kanji? |

Disoriently happiness or (more artistically) Intoxicating happiness. Would those transitive verbs work in describing the type of happiness Kurakura implies felt? |

Hello all. I just discovered his forum, and saw the thread.. if anyone would like, I've translated the song myself and done the romaji. It's always interesting to see different versions of translations, imo, so...
Will is here. I've done a few others but am not satisfied with them yet, so I'll hold off on that. :x Anyway, please enjoy! |
