I think this is an Avex thing - BoA and Namie Amuro have their dvd prices cut as well it's on their official site. The quality should be the same methinks.

I would doubt it. Hello Project just did the same thing recently and all of the low priced reissues were exactly the same in terms of the disc quality and contents.

Yeah, from what I've seen, the Overseas versions are ectually a few dollars cheaper then the reissues. :)

I believe they'll be on sale until April. I forgot which day, but they won't be out of print until April. So I suggest buying them before them. CDJapan has a page of the avex reissues, so you might want to check out that page to see what the actual date is.

Also I believe the tracklists are all the same, I don't know if those extras were already in the DVD before the reissue came along.
