Yeah plus I've ever heard some people call her the next queen of pop. I don't think she's underrated at all. Anyhow here in Europe she isn't since here they showed a ton of commercials when her album came out till the song was imprinted in my head.

Good lord. The first time I heard that song I was ready to forgive Hilary for her disastrous greatest hits album. And after the first 2 minutes I was so over her. Those arent lyrics!!! Its just repeating the same darned line over and over again wishing it will hypnotize the audience!

This song is sort of repetitive, but I LOVE IT because it is dance-pop and I love that style of music! Anyways, she has a new album coming September and it is going to have 17 songs on it all written by her, her stupid boyfriend Joel, and Benji so then you all can judge her songs then. She didn't write "Beat of My Heart" and such. The only song she wrote was "Haters" and it refers to people bashing her alot. The reason Hilary hasn't written many songs is because she is a very personal person. She is too shy and scared to put her actual feelings out there for everyone to hear because if they get bashed, then it is that much harder for her since they came from her heart!

Hilary's problem is she acts like she's oh-so-talented and pretty and makes songs to condemn those who criticise her. I mean, I haven't seen a single critic hailing her album as a "solid" pop record. Most of them just say its functionable.

The songs I meant are:

Fly- God, she sounds so snobby and annoying. Its like she's Jesus and she's suffering for all of us. Or motivating us. As if we want to. (feel the world on your shoulders)

Our Lips Are Sealed- Eww. Eww. Eww. The biggest offender. She should never have covered it. (can you hear them, they talk about us, telling lies, well that's no surprise)

Wake Up- She doesn't seem to understand we DON'T admire her. (there's people talking, they talk about me, they know my name, they think they know everything, but they don;t know anything about me)

Talk about being obnoxious.

I think Mika Nakashima to....I listen to all her stuf...an basicly is not bad...but its not very good at all XD

Hilary Duff flopped in the UK, I've never liked her ("you have millions already why do music now?!") But people here are always saying she's good. So keep it up and change peoples HD opinions :D

Why bash on Hilary for trying to motivate her fans, hm? Also, Hilary does not act "snobby" - she is far from it! She is so sweet and does endless amounts of charity work! Why hate Hilary Duff? There isn't anything not to like about her and if you don't like her because you think she has no talent, then you are jealous that she got somewhere with no talent and you should actually think she is lucky, not dumb. GRRR! I get so worked up when people bad-mouth her. I am trying so hard not to completely flip out and use every cuss word known to man!!!

its fall out boy, and i do agree on that one.. but yellowcard? how much recognition have they gotten? ive liked them since before they were "big" and i can't say now that most of my friends even really know them for more than anything except for "ocean avenue" the song. their definitely not 'overrated'- i can say that unbiased-ly. lol

Anyway, I agree. Hilary Duff is OVERRATED. Ayu can make better songs than her songwriters can :no I'm not a big fan, and i don't dislike her either... just too overrated..
And Lindsay Lohan is overrated, too. She comes back years later to Disney after making an ancient movie, and gets all famous suddenly.

I think 50 Cent wasoverrated. And the reason I say "was" is because his last album flopped. He is just such a jerk.
Also I think Hikki is overrated. I mean yeah she did R&B but so what. Her voice is just average. I think she's running off her mother popularity.
BoA is another artist I think is overrated. She's just a typical pop artist. But I do give her props for like singing in 4 languages.
Kanya West is overrated too. His flow ain't even that good. But some of his songs are okay.
And I luv her to death but Mariah Carey. She's a b***h. I mean did you see that interview with Namie she did to promote "The Emancipation of Mimi" album she was such a diva. And I don't know why. Her voice isn't that good live anymore. But she does have catchy songs thanks to Jermaine Dupri.

DJ Tiesto sucks. He is basically a walking-talking record player. Try getting some talent >_<

I am not biased because I've bought 5 of her Japanese and Korean albums before and loved them. What is happening to BoA? Her music is noise with some of her britney spears screams here and there. well she's young and under pressure I guess?

Yeah, she IS lucky. She's better than Lindsay anyway. x___x She just doesnt seem to deserve selling over 5 million albums with the quality of her stuff.
