I'm still getting all 3 versions and the poster.

Well this is odd. At least she should have looked out of the window or made a funny face or something. However they are still good. I wonder if the offer of getting a poster applies for CDJapan?

I think they are all pretty...LOL; hard not to though. But hey, we should really think about this before we start pounding on Ayu..

No other artist (that I have seen) in the US or Japan has ever been able to release an album & go on a nationwide tour consecutively ALMOST every single year since their debut. Don't you guys think Ayu's a little tired??? Maybe they didn't have time for a costume change...Maybe Ayu's face was exahausted from so much work...I know mine would be after doing all those magazines & single covers and other stuff...

All the other artist's I've seen go on hiatus, they just break off & then come back 5 years later when you forget all about them; or they just do silly things just to get a break.
I'd have to say that Ayu has got to be one of the hardest working celeb's I know. She's just always working; even on vacations...(assuming that this photoshoot took place during that trip to Dubai & the B&D/Pride/(miss)understood promotions)....She works so hard it's almost insane...

I'm surprised Ayu hasn't ended up in a psycho-ward like Mariah Carey...

Oh yeah, and Koda too...but I think avex is just trying to get her to surpass Ayu in singles though. But to me Kuu isn't as good as Ayu (IMO). There's something about her I don't really like aside from that horrible Kuu-got-fat nightmare I had. LOL...In my dream, I saw Kuu & I was like "wow even though I dun like her I am like 'this' close to an actual Japanese celebrity. I'll just pretend it's Ayu"...Next thing I know Kuu turns around and she's like 200+ pounds with all these thingz all over her face. Eww...

But yeah, I think we should cut stars like Ayu & Kuu some slack though.

Same. I'm hoping that YesAsia will announce that they'll include the poster... I really do. Those CDs will look so awesome having them all lined up beside eachother, similar or not.

well that's pretty disappointing. If these are going to be the official covers, then ALL HER FANS are going to be disappointed. Let's hope this is NOT real.

It's from TeamAyu, couldn't be more real. I'd like to ask you to read all the posts here before deciding wether you are going to be extremely disappointed or see that this is not at all very disappointing.

For Ayu, CD+DVD versions usually differ a LOT in terms of poses..

but for other people, sometimes I don't see that. Sometimes it's just a simple turn of a head that's the difference and that's it. :/ I don't see the big deal. It's like.. didn't we see this coming? That's how they've been doing the CD+DVD releases before~

i'm not dissapointed at the cover .. it bothers me the fact that THEY ARE ALMOST THE SAME... you have to be blind to not see it.. its really lame to do this.. i mean C'MON... AVEX just want our money.. and ayu did wrong allowing this to happend... thats why i'm not gonna get this single

after all why would people want all 3.. you can just donwload the scans and print them x_x

Technically, this is a bit of a first with zooming out with each version as well as a bit of facial movement~

[Sometimes CD+DVDs are just like.. members of a group with the people switched around.. or like, same pictures but different colors.. or something..]

I still love the cover. And the fact that they're also giving out posters is awesome! :]


IMHO, if you want variety in your covers, check out TOKIO. They've done consective quadruple cover releases since their last album~ and they've all been different [I think]. You gotta give it to Johnny's.. x.x oi. xD

CD version is best.

I'm just so tired of criticising ayu/avex for thier recent directions that i'm not going to bother with arguments anymore. lol.

Did anyone react like this when they introduced the CD+DVD with Moments? I don't remember..

o yeah, there's no point comparing. if we're disappointed, we're disappointed. can't change the fact.

How cheap, see how CD+DVD (B) is just a zoomed out version of CD+DVD (A). And her head's just looking up more....and her fingers are uncurled. <.<

Hopefully when the official covers are posted we'll see some more differences.

Well this sucks.

somehow i dun feel that bad anymore. yeah.. the covers are 90% similar, but they're slightly different after all. PLUS ayu looks so pretty on the covers. I would rather ayu looking pretty on the cover then doing weird stuff (such as B&D, (m)u, Startin').

I really don't see why people are suprised and/or getting upset about this. First of all, its avex. They're out to make money, if you haven't noticed by now. They're just like any other record label, they exist to make profit that just happen to show off amazing artists to get that profit. From what I've seen here, most people are/were not going to buy all 3 versions. Just get one, who cares? Avex is not forcing you to buy anything. Its just a CD cover people. The CD cover represents the image of the single, it does not represent the music that the single contains. People get way too worked up over these things.

I can see they are the same, I stated that in an earlier post. Why would avex not be interested in money, that's what their business is all about, it has to be taken into account when judging things. It's sad but true. I can see they are similar but I can't see where the problem in that is, in my eyes they will look gorgeous together, lined up on a shelf. Ok, I can understand that some people might want 3 entirely different covers, I think doing it this way is great, so would having 3 entirely different pictures also have been.

Noone knows how much control Ayu has over her releases, my suspision is that she agreed on this release quite willingly because I think them being similar is sort of the point, it would NOT have been hard to make 3 covers with entirely different poses, but they decided NOT to, it does not have to be only because they are cheap (which I know they are anyway :D).
