I think I just like Erika's better because I don't like YUIs style of singing...But yeah. Erika for me.

I like Erika and the song is alright, but I hope she primarily sticks with acting. I chose Yui's song.

Gawd, YUI beats all. She even LOOKED like what a Kaoru Amane should look like, to me, Erika Sawajiri is too pretty (like ayumi) to do this, whereas YUI looks a lil tomboyish in a sense, and etc. I liked the movie, and the drama series looks good too, but the movie with YUI and good-bye days, BEATS ALLlllllllllll....I just question, if this is based on a real story, then why isn't there an actual song from Kaoru Amane herself?

I dunno what it is about Good-bye days, but it is seriously nothing compared to her previous singles. I've been a YUI fan since 'feel my soul', but I just never felt Good-bye days at all.

taiyou no uta on the other hand, I loved from the beginning :D

^ Even though she's an average singer we must consider it's her debut single. Look at Ayu's 'Poker Face'. It was good but it didn't really showcase her vocals.

Erika's voice is very painful on my ears. Whenever she reaches those high notes it's like someone is taking a knife and viciously ripping out my ear cords while at the same time being choked to death with the other hand. Althugh Yui's voice reminds me of Otsuka Ai's it's much more easier to listen too.

^ I think Erika's voice is better for my ears compared to YUI and Ai-chan. She has a lower range which is beautiful. I got used to Ai-chan's voice. So it's okay. But YUI's voice is somehow irritating... In the verses, it's okay. The chorus is... A lot of people say she's emotional when she sings but I find her rather bland. In her "Good-bye days" PV, she looks like she's singing with all her heart. But if I'm only listening to the song, it doesn't show emotions. But heck, that's just me...

i like both songs, but YUI rocks my socks!
i'm kinda bored of taiyou no uta...but i never get bored of goodbye days!
there seems to be more emotion in goodbye days for me...

i have to go with YUI!!!! even if erika's single is selling so well until now.. it's still YUI for me.

good-bye days is such a wonderful and powerful song.

I've loved YUI since her sony debut "Feel my soul", but honestly, I can't stand Good-bye days.

All her singles before that one were SO MUCH BETTER. taiyou no uta on the otherhand, is beautiful, and written by more experience song-writers.
