I was really amazed when I saw that AT06 got first place overall in DVDs...that's bloody huge for a concert DVD, even if it's Ayu, I think. (However, I dunno how big concert DVDs are in Japan...) Well cause you have tons of movies to contend with; seems like movies usually hold the no1 title in general DVD sales. So, I wondered if it was due to the airtime it got on TV. Have commercials been aired for it? So far just the clips on the news and on MS? If it got mad coverage on the news...that'd be hella cool.

It's probably a huge margin if the music DVD no.2 and 3 are no.4 and no.9 on the general chart.. :o

I'm so sad that I couldn't get mines today... I have to special order mines from my store...

But I swear, I'm gonna go broke by the end of this month.

Aruiteru (~20) + Secret (~40) + ARENA TOUR 2006 (~55) + BoA Calendar for friend (33) = USD148... soo much!

Well DVD sales and CD sales are drastically different. 100k+ sales for DVDs are considered very good. I think Maki Goto's DVD topped the music DVD charts with just 8000 in the 1st week. Kuu topped the music and overall charts with the re-release of her ~first things~ tour with 43k 1st week.

She is still topping the music DVD charts with a bunch of people switching in the top 10 [like ZARD is now no.2 and stuff]
