I actually like ayu being a bit chubbier...I love the way she looks in heyx3...she looks so happy and loved :) and that is all I care about...Im not worried about her extra weight...her countdown lives are coming up and I think she will lose a bit of it.

oh and for those who still thinks she's pregnant...I don't think she can still have countdown lives if she's pregnant...all those running around and jumping...o_O...unless its sit down acoustic all the way...which I highly don't think will happen

so WHAT if she's heavier/chubbier or whatever. That doesn't change her singing skills or so, so what's the problem. I rather have her look like this than some random stick-figure thin person.

yea the weight doesnt bother me too much. yea its not her usual cute little self, but shes still the same person. i do hope she loses the weight, simply because of her career and the way the media is about things like that. and if she gained anymore i dont want to have to worry more about her health. (*ear thing* already) and anyway 5kg isnt really that much like 11lbs, however she has a very very small body type, and shes pretty short. so anything little bit is really gonna show up. either way i still love her just the same!

blah! who cares if she gained a LITTLE weight! ^^

I'm glad that she's just like any of us - want to skip out on eating healthy sometimes. Sometimes healthy food just tastes nasty after a while :P

Thanks for the article! I don't read The New Paper often. Ayu still looks a little chubby in her most recent performance, even if she seems to have slimmed down from when she first performed JEWEL. But I think she looks fine! I think slim Ayu is nice, but slightly-chubby Ayu looks happier and can look just as nice if she is dressed up. The 5kg is scares me a little… Although the idea of Ayu ignoring her diet really cracks me up.

I'm one of those who thinks if anything, she needs to gain some weight because she does look very skinny.

But really, 5kg isn't a lot and if people are thinking Ayu's chubby, I seriously wonder what people here will say about Asians like me who aren't fat, aren't the stereotypical "Asian-skinny".
