well, i remember some time back that news came out that ayumi got really trashed at a gay bar and had to be basically carried out by her bodyguards. it was complete with some pretty poor quality pictures, but the following day or so ayumi herself made a public announcement telling her fans not to worry about her and that she was ok. aside from that, if you look at pictures of ayumi, you'll see that she is quite often holding an alcoholic drink. there were also a bunch of beer cans behind her in a pic in either off my day or on my way.

^^isn't that like the most famous article ever of Ayu going to gay bars, where the whole phrase "ayu going to a gay bar" comes up. It was in September 2004 i believe. Talk about Drama at ahs during that time.

I mean the discussion thread about it was huge. Complete with "proof" :laugh

I am quite sure that the omd and omw booklets are all set up, but it's true that she's often holding alcoholic drinks, there's also the part in the AT05 DVD from the after party for the staff at AT05. She's not afraid to tell us she's a real party girl.

too bad but in japan, idol must be perfect, gentle, pure girl, no alcohol. But Ayu is human , she has the right to have fun.

I don't get why these things get so much hype. Is it really that hard to believe? Or has avex just shoved the happy goody-two-shoes Ayu image down our throats for so long that we start to believe it?

Or is it just more fun to start up drama? :laugh, people are desperate.

IMO, gay bars are Ayu's second home :p Well, next to the mall.

I mean she goes to drink a lot, right? She always takes out her entire staff for drinks after concerts and stuff, at least that's what I gather from the behindthescenes..
