it has a paper sheet which is chinese translation of the documentary and what ayu said in the concert.

i just bought mine for HK$ 108, which is about US$ 13

and i can confirm that the concert and documentaries are all mixed and intertwined, just like the japanese version. they are NOT on separate discs.
